Som de fleste av dere allerede vet, har TitanSmash dessverre gikk av som CP. Han har tjent 4 store vilkår for Norge, og han har lovet meg at han fortsatt vil være sterkt involvert i norsk politikk. Alt, må komme til en slutt, med unntak for TitanSmash sin awesomeness

The Cabinet
Jeg vil be om at du kan bruke for en tjeneste hvis du fyller kravene. Jeg vil velge den beste søkeren og intervjue dem, så jeg vet at deres intensjoner er definitivt gunstig for Norge. Jeg vil forklare hva hvert departement innebærer.

Innenriksminister
Krav: Du må være aktiv, har tidligere erfaring i regjeringen, og du må være i stand til å kommunisere med andre statsråder. Du vil også være på IRC ganske regelmessig.
Hva du skal gjøre: Du vil ha ansvar for å skape konkurranser og prøver å øke den generelle engasjement mellom borgerne. Du vil bli bedt om å delta på noen møter som vil bli avholdt på IRC.

Utenriksminister
Krav: Du må ha erfaring i denne posisjonen fordi du vil være å forhandle og forbedre generelle relasjoner med andre nasjoner. Du må være registrert på IRC slik at du kan bli med utpekte kanaler og signere MPP-og forbedre relasjoner.
Hva du skal gjøre: Du vil være ansvarlig for ambassadørene, og du blir nødt til å forbedre våre relasjoner med SUP og andre nasjoner. Du har til å delta IRC møter fordi det er avgjørende at du vet at vår fremtidige planer slik at du kan be din tjeneste og få dem til å utføre til det beste av sine evner.

Finansminister
Krav: Du må være gode penger ledelse, og du må være aktiv på e-Sim, slik at du kan overvåke at penge markedet og produktmarkedet. Tidligere erfaring er nødvendig som du vil være ansvarlig for Norges økonomi.
Hva du skal gjøre: Du vil bli bedt om å overvåke penge markedet og produktet markedet så vi kan bidra til at Norge vokse og blomstre i en stabil nasjon. Du vil også være ansvarlig for å distribuere offentlige finansierte lån til innbyggerne, slik at vi kan hjelpe dem å sette opp sine egne selskaper og for å øke produktets markeder aktivitet.

Alle disse departementene er ledige, og hvis du tror du er i stand til å bli en minister, vennligst send meg en PM så jeg kan vurdere deg og komme tilbake til deg så snart som mulig. Jo før vi har ministere, jo raskere vi kan forbedre Norge. Jeg vil gjerne takke alle for deres støtte, og jeg skal prøve mitt beste for å oppfylle mine ambisjoner.

As most of you already know, TitanSmash has unfortunately resigned as CP. He has served 4 great terms for Norway and he has promised me that he will still be strongly involved in Norwegian Politics. Everything, has to come to an end, except for TitanSmash's awesomeness

The Cabinet
I will be requesting you to apply for a ministry if you fill the requirements. I will choose the best applicant and interview them so I know that their intentions are definitely beneficial to Norway. I will explain what each ministry entails.

Minister of Home Affairs
Requirements: You will need to be active, have previous experience in government and you need to be able to communicate with other ministers. You will also have to be on IRC quite regularly.
What you will be doing: You will be in charge of creating competitions and trying to increase overall involvement between the citizens. You will be required to attend any meetings which will be held on IRC.

Minister of Foreign Affairs
Requirements: You will need to have experience at this position because you will be negotiating and improving overall relations with other nations. You will need to be registered on IRC so you can join designated channels and sign MPP's and improve relations.
What you will be doing: You will be in charge of the ambassadors and you will have to improve our relations with SUP and other nations. You have to attend IRC meetings because it is crucial you know our future plans so you can instruct your ministry and get them to perform to the best of their abilities.

Minister of Finance
Requirements: You will need to be good money managements and you have to be active on e-Sim so you can monitor that monetary market and the product market. Previous experience is needed as you will be in charge of Norway's finances.
What you will be doing: You will be required to monitor the monetary market and the product market so we can help Norway grow and flourish into a stable nation. You will also be in charge of distributing government funded loans to citizens so we can help them set up their own companies and to increase the product markets activity.

All of these ministries are vacant and if you think you are capable of becoming a minister, please send me a PM so I can assess you and get back to you as soon as possible. The sooner we have ministers, the quicker we can improve Norway. I would like to thank everyone for their support and I will try my best to fulfill my ambitions.

This is what I plan to achieve during my term as CP.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
