The new look is nice. The higher contrast icons are easier to see for the most part, the estate and tickets I am still having trouble adjusting to. Creating another step for using the medkit would be nice, especially if you use a phone at all, one wrong click and there goes a limited edition bonus.

However, I would strongly discourage introducing a miss chance percentage and that the rest of other parameters: http://wiki.e-sim.org/index.php/Equipment are a bad idea. This game seems to have been designed to be more like chess. Simple everyone knows what is going on, how to calculate damage and profitability and no luck involved at all. They are trying to introduce variants that will drastically change the strategy of the game. It is the difference between chance - similar to dice - and pure strategy like the game of chess. Also like others have mentioned, this is not a MMORPG, but something more real life. You don't get random loot drops in real life, and you should not here either. The variations in the game are caused by supply and demand, events or battles in the game, who is logged in and when. These are valid and understandable variables, but replacing them with random loot drops does not foster the environment of planning and strategy. It would be more palatable to have had it from the beginning but adding it later is just plain bad.

Also, I understand that you need to create new challenges, objectives and goals to attract new players, and keep old ones, but introducing randomness is not the best way, but the easy way out. Those who support this type of change want to cripple the smart ones of the game who have done the math, and figured out how it works, and replace planning and knowledge with pure luck. Of course it will even the game at the expense of lowering the common denominator down to those who rely on luck instead of skill.

I would be happy to see other ideas for expansions... Such as adding another buildings to allow for extra training /work sessions. Or other resources to create new economic pockets, or even allowing two medium resource regions to have the same effect as a high resource region when owned by the same country. Or re-tooling the company upgrade procedure to increase productivity for the Q1-Q5 item companies, similar to the raw companies.

You have a good thing going, but just tweak the existing system, don't try to get fancy or re-invent the wheel just so you can make more money.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
