To be honest, it was abit of a slow week, and things are starting to become quite stagnant in the game. We had events that could have sparked more interest in the game, but alas, it wasn't meant to be.

HERE ARE THE TOP 10 NEWS EVENTS FROM THIS WEEK

Number 10: Auctions were introduced . This ebay style of purchasing companies is interesting. We are looking forward to getting a few bargains! Mind you though, their is a small fee to using the auction, but hey, who knows, you might just hit the jackpot!

Number 9: Kyxcorp Prime became the first MU to crack the 1 billion damage mark . Currently they are sitting on a MU member average damage of over 29 million! This is VERY impressive! One thing that I REALLY like about this MU is that it is the most multicultural MU in esim with 14 nations represented.

Number 8: Look, I have a real beef with articles that gain so many votes when they suck, and obviously NO effort whatsoever go into them. Without writing a link to this newspaper (because no f'ing way this player deserves to have recognition) I encourage people to vote for articles where the media mogul has actually put some effort into it. Apparently their must be quite a few dumbo's in esim, who enjoy the efforts of fellow dumbos! Lets just put an image of fat ugly man scratching his butt. Its sure to be a winner! (Yes, I'm pi$$ed off!)

Number 7: This weeks nation of shame goes to Taiwan. I'm not really sure what is going on in Taiwan, but you can bet your bottom dollar that in future, Taiwan is going to be the land that esim forgot. There is no activity, and regularly when I check players online, their tally is at a big fat zero. In their civil war they bagged a total of 26 BH's and didnt even make it into the last round, and in their capitals RW they managed to bag a grand total of 478,220 damage. Does anyone care abotu Taiwan, I know I don't anymore!

Number 6: Average Damage per citizen. As you might know, I have been tracking average damage per citizen over the past few weeks. The usual suspects Montenegro, Denmark, and South Korea keep a firm grip on the top 3 positions. But to be honest, the most interesting thing to track in these stats are the large nations! If they can maintain a high average damage per citizen, you can be guaranteed that you will see their nations flags pop up on the esim map all over the place!

Number 5: Being dominated by another nation is sometimes good! You can have RW's, its citizens can get the 25% sewer and bunker bonuses, it can get people active, but sometimes it works the other way. For quite sometime, Austria was holding their own, but lately, Switzerland has completely dominated them. As a result, Austria is losing citizens and losing them fast. They are now ranked last and have gone down from 76 citizens to 47 citizens. Their shoutbox has gone from a buzz, to non activity.

Number 4: Brazil's baby boom! . So, I'm not sure if people picked up on this, but Brazil's population has just skyrocketed! 5 days ago, they had 274 citizens, now they are ranked 3rd in total citizens and have 736 citizens! If they can keep these citizens active and motivated, you can bet that Brazil will be the next big thing in esim!

Number 3: Nexus! This week saw a new alliance enter into esim......yes, lets make this interesting, another alliance to help shake up this SUP and OGD rivalry......oh wait, never mind, they are pro SUP. Look, I'm all for new alliances, but nations need to grow a back bone and stand up for those oppressors. Look, it makes perfect sense for Nexus, and all allied nations are becoming quite successful, but I'm looking forward to the day that an alliance is formed that break up the normality and predictability which is starting to occur in this game. Its getting abit stagnant.

Number 2: It was only a few weeks ago that USA was in trouble, but the last week has really shown that they are in full control of the Americas. Another great deal with Canada has locked up their high grain, and after taking out Mexico and Colombia, they have now set their sights on ex-OGD member Spain. The Lithuania/Russia/USA NAP has certainly worked in USA's favour and its safe to say, they are cleaning up!

AND THE TOP MOMENT OF THIS WEEK IS:

Number 1: South Korea gets the number 1 spot this week for overall dedication and activity! They opened their first CW and earnt a killing! They cleaned up with 158 BH medals. And to be honest it could have been more. With everyone knowing my history with South Korea, I typically tried to disturb them by starting a RW in Taipei to slow down their momentum, but South Korea and their allies went 8 to zip. Very impressive from the entire South Korean community. They took the CW results to a whole new level. Major kudos to them!

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.

Invest, produce and sell - be an entrepreneur in E-Sim.
