Vajon hova tűntek a nők, akikben van tűz és spiritusz, és hova tűntek a férfiak, akikben van fűszer? A nők, akik puszta jelenlétükkel magukra vonták a figyelmet, ha valahova beléptek, és mégse tudta senki megmondani, miért. Hisz nem lógott ki a mellük a feszes blúzokból, és a szoknyájuk hossza sem vetekedett egy sál szélességével. A nők, akiket körüllengett valamiféle megmagyarázhatatlan keveréke vadságnak, bujaságnak, finomságnak és kellemnek. Akik egyszerre voltak finom dámák és gátlástalan utcalányok, lelkük mélyén.
Egyszerűen mintha eltűntek (vagy legalábbis számuk vészesen lecsökkent) volna, és helyüket átvették az egyszerűbb lelkületű “csajok”, akik pont azért csajok, mert nem nők.
Mert a nő egy komplex jelenség. Nem elég hozzá egy pár formás mell, kerek hátsó, trendi frizura, csinos arc. A nőhöz kell még sok más is. Kell hozzá stílus, mely beszédében, öltözködésében, mozgásában, viselkedésében, kisugárzásában egyaránt, egységesen megjelenik. Kell hozzá még valamiféle arisztokratikus tartás is, ami nem összetévesztendő sem a nagyképűséggel, sem a sznobizmussal. Ebből a tartásból csak egy lehelletnyi kell, pont annyi, hogy tudja, hol a határ. Azt a határt pedig minden körülmények között betartani, a folyamatokat és embereket ott, előtte megállítani, hogy mindennek következményét viselni tudja, mert következmények nélkül semmi sincsen.
Manapság rengeteg "nő" van, aki azt se tudja, fiú-e vagy lány, és azt gondolja, attól, hogy megvette magának a legtrendibb, divatos cuccokat, vásárolt valami pacsulit tízezerért és követi a média által hirdetett viselkedésmintát, ő majd nő lesz. De amíg valakinek nincs stabil és megdönthetetlen értékrendje, nincsen tartása, nincsen határozott, kialakult véleménye arról, hogy milyen a világ, nem tudja magát benne elhelyezni, nem tudja, mit akar és hogyan, addig nem nő és nem férfi. Addig csak egy csaj, vagy egy srác.
És valahogy manapság a legtöbben elakadnak a fejlődés e két szintjén, és még ötven évesen is ott toporognak, nem értve, hogy miért nem sikerül az, aminek sikerülnie kéne.
Ugyanakkor van az éremnek egy másik oldala is. A másik oldal pedig a férfi. A férfi, akiben van fűszer. Aki kialakult, határozott jellem, megtalálja és megállja a helyét a világban, mert enélkül nincs mire építeni.
Hiányoznak (vagyis egyre kevesebben vannak) azok a férfiak a világból, akik pontosan tudják, milyen helyzetben miként kell viselkedni. Akik tudják, mikor kell komolynak, hidegnek lenni és mikor lehet lazítani, rugalmasabban kezelni egyes szituációkat, mikor kell észnél lenni, vagy pont elveszteni az eszüket..
A férfiak nagy része egyszerűen nem viselkedik férfiként, a nők pedig erre reagálva (vagy talán pont ők kezdték a folyamatot?) szintén felvettek egy új viselkedésformát, mely elég távol áll a nőiesség minden írott és íratlan szabályától.
A férfiak még harmincöt évesen is azt írják mindenféle adatlapokra, hogy ők “srácok”, vagy “fiúk”, a nők pedig káromkodnak, mint a kocsis (vagy épp ellenkezőleg, gügyögnek, nyafognak, mint egy óvodás), nincs stílusuk, nincs tartásuk, futnak, lihegnek a férfiak, helyesebben “fiúk” után, micimackós pizsamában alszanak és még harminc évesen is rég elvesztett kislánykorukat keresik önmagukban, ahelyett, hogy felfedeznék a nőt, a feminát, akit szabadon lehetne és kéne engedni, minden szexualitásával, vadságával, bujaságával és néha elviselhetetlenségével együtt.
Ha a világ 10 év alatt ekkorát fordult velünk, mi lesz egy újabb évtized után? A barátságok zöme már most is online köttetik, az emberek egyre magányosabbak, miközben a világ felé azt mutatjuk, hogy trendik vagyunk, okostelefonnal mászkálunk, lájkolunk mindent orrvérzésig és ez tesz minket boldoggá. In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
