Hello, AverageDude reporting once more from the fine locale of where ever I am as I type this. My first Presidential Campaign article was my most read and voted article. I recieved a lot of feedback, and this article deals with that feedback. The major concern amongst the voters, and my opposition is that attacking Russia is unrealistic. Quite frankly, I see where this is coming from. I understand that Canada has a very low daily damage total. In the shout box, I have already mentioned how, even averaging under 10k damage a day, yesterday, I dealt 475k. However, I understand, not everyone will have the means to do that. I believe motivation to do more damage will be spurred by a war. I would also like to point out SK. They are militarial masterminds. In my government, the priority would be placed on sniping. Taking rounds with concentrating fire, and knowing when to give up a round and save the damage.
Another thing people said, is that Canada needs a more active player base. I have developed a plan for this. It is to provide incentive for inviting players. Afer a citizen invites a player, when they reach level 7, the inviter gets 5 gold. The inviter also gets 5 gold upon the invitees first medal. How this is not incentive enough, I don't know. However, my program will give a citizen a further 3 gold when the player they invited reaches level 10. The income for this will be generated from the rental deal, and the sale of currency. If it is as succesful as I hope, we will recieve more money from taxes, and I will also further finance this program out of my pocket. The influx of about forty gold come Congress elections will also be used to finance this, but that will depend on the success of the plan. I just want to point out that 3 extra gold from this program will be a small percentage of your earnings from invitations. I invited TheDuke a good 2 months ago. From that invitation, I have generated 15 gold. That is fifteen gold out of thin air. Not at the expense of Canada, or any employers. 15 gold out of thin air. That number will continue to grow as TheDuke plays.
So you see. I will further reward players for inviting even though the rewards are already substantial. In my term in will continue the housing program, but I will also be PUSHING it. I will make sure that the housing program is never not being used, as that is a waste of ressources that we posess. We are not functioning at maximum efficency without someone in the housing program at all times.
Back to the invasion of Russia. papa2009 said that attacking Russia is going to be be unsuccessful in terms of an invasion, that it will only bolster activity. While I disagree, and maintain that we can defeat Russia with the right coordination, I still don't see how attacking them is anything but a win-win. We will lose 2.5 gold in Manitoba, and Several MPP's. However, I was talking to Jackist the other day, and he made a valid point. Canada doesn't need MPP's. Maybe one with the US, but other then that, why do we really need MPP's? Especially during a war with Russia. If other countries contact me about restoring MPP's after the taking of Alaska, then I will talk to them, but in reality, other countries don't help us anyways unless they see BH oppurtunities anyways. Not that there are any battles for us to be helped in, but that is a different matter.
There is also a program I wish to unveil to reward loyal players, although, I sadly have to say, finding new players takes priority, as loyal players will:
1.
Be rewarded in the invitation program, as they are the ones most likely to participate.
2.
Feel rewarded with the breath of life that comes from a lot of new players joining.
3.
As mentioned before, are loyal. Not that that is something I will abuse, but it does mean they are less deamnding for rewards then inviters.
However, worry not. I will unveil a good program to reward loyal players.
So this article was just to kind of answer some doubts and constructive criticisms that my first article met. I also talked a bit about other stuff, such as the housing program, but did not go into too many new things. Overall, I wish to recieve more constructive criticisms in the comments, and questions. I feel as if I am forgetting something, but I can always shout it.
Remember, Vote Average for an above-average future
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
