I'm going to show you how you can keep stolen gold, without the GOs, SGOs, GOA transferring it back to the victim account.
First, you will need to get stolen gold (can be done if you have a friend who knows how to hack, or this can refer to Multies Gold-Farm as well). I was a victim to hacking attack.
You will need to connect to the account with the gold, transfer the gold to yours. Any type of transferring is fine, the easiest one is through donations and works perfectly.
Of course, most of who does that will get banned, and you will need to make-up a story for the GOs in the Support channel.
Here comes the great part, though all evidence are showing that the guy you transferred from the gold has been hacked, (password change, email change, donation of all his gold, all these actions are done from different IP and different cookies), you can get away from it and keep your gold. You actually have to blame the VICTIM, and say that he lost his money to you by gambling in a game that you made, (for example, say you have a casino channel and he lost all his money there for you).
You fake logs, (if he actually played in your game, you already have the IP(although encrypted, you just copy it to the logs), you also have his nick in IRC.
If he played in your games previously, you can give the correct logs which aren't faked, WITH those you faked, and this will make your logs looks legit.
You will get unbanned and your fine/debt will be deleted.
Profit $$, have fun, you just kept gold from hacked account or your multi account.
Some GOs and SGOs are right when they say that IRC Logs can't provide and used as evidence to anything, but GOA(Bato_Usai - no offense, you are great GOA but just stating you are taking IRC LOGS as evidence, which anyone can fake and edit).

Of course then, Marshali (Rob37) presented his made-up story that I played with my secura account and lost to him all my money. He brought his friends from #eCasino, showed fake logs. He got unbanned (How ironic? the hacker is free while the victim can't access his account).
A regular citizen who will get this huge amount of gold (310g) and immediately been informed that this gold is stolen, will return the gold to the Staff who will return the gold to the legit owner of it, in order not to get in trouble that they have never done. But we are NOT talking about regular citizen, he wanted to keep this stolen gold, while knowing it is stolen.

So as you can see, atleast InsaneParrot SGO thinks that stolen gold has to be given back.
Actually any normal and honorable player and citizen should think that stolen gold has to be given back because it actually isn't yours and you didn't earn it.
His debt wasn't cancelled though, but it was for the next day(and only after that, GO can force-pay the debt), but after a day, he transferred the gold to ANOTHER account, and this new account got fine for the next day. after 3 days of waiting,

Selling and buying ingame accounts, gold, items, currencies (in exchange of other items in other gamesor rl money) is forbidden and may lead into permanent ban.
Yeah, exchanging gold here for CHIPS (items) in other games (#eCasino).
Not that eCasino is NOT forbidden (and lotteries are), it's actually can serve as a way to wash dirty gold and keep stolen gold.
Yeah, 310g is still in Marshali's account, his debt has been deleted, he is free and I got my account back WITHOUT MY MONEY.

Admin and Staff, you should not allow playing eCasino with E-Sim gold, this is following to your rule number 5.
Do NOT Let hackers and dishonored players wash gold with this corrupted system. You should ban who did this or atleast return the gold. And not part of the money (only because for this part you have fake logs that I played with some money, wtf?)

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
