HERE ARE THE TOP 10 NEWS EVENTS FROM THIS WEEK

Number 10:

Sweden has been scrambling this week for allies after the collapse of SUP. For reasons (that I will avoid from saying on here for the sake of neutrality) it seems that VVV did not want to include their long time allies. After an initial poor showing in the defensive of their regions in Norway, Sweden has somewhat stepped up are showing a great fighting spirit as Norway and Denmark attack them. Look, I give credit when credit is due, and yes, Sweden's activity over the past 24 hours is very admirable. They are formidable foes to any nation.

Just quickly on a personal note: Everyone knows that I am an integral part of Delta and committed to returning our alliances core regions. I would like the citizens of all countries to remember that this is a game. Sure, people are going to get heated and propaganda spread (especially by me), but please remember that at the core of everything we are all human, have feelings, and especially those in the position of power, whether it be in game or on 3rd party applications, please respect and take the moral high ground in moments of uncertainty.

Number 9:

Most people probably missed this one, but Poland had a Civil War this week . It wasn't the open rebellion that we might have expected (on a side note - check out the Polsih Civil War in primera...its absolute carnage!), and it seems that the main point of it may have been for achievements. It certainly wasn't for achievements as the battle only yielded 1 Q4.

Number 8:

Boys just wanna have fun! For sh!ts and giggles you have people running around doing some funny stuff! I think its awesome when people show that they have gotten a BH for every country and things like that, and its those little extras that make the game so exciting for others. Earlier on this week I cam across a certain players profile who decided it would be awesome to have EVERY flag visible. Here is the kicker, Im not going to say who it is. First correct answer in the comments win 0.5 gold. (As yes, you can't just donate 1 cent to everyone and say its you, you actually have to find the one I got.

Number 7:

While all of these changes are happening in esim, one thing that has remained constant is the pathetic level of some Iranian journalists. They make crappy articles and for some unknown reason people vote for them. I remember a while back there was an article that had the top 10 BH hunters a day after a list of top 50 BH hunters came out and they got hundreds of votes. Look, this obviously if a very touchy topic for me because as a media mogul I work very hard at making articles that make people think, require effort to write, and stir the gravy pot every now and then.

Iran of course came out with yet another ridiculous article, which was literally a cut and paste job of a current article that is on the front page. Complete plagiarism, and to be honest, I can believe that this article hasn't been deleted.

Here is the typical effort from a Iran.

And as a comparison:

Here is the front page article that it was copied from. Not just is not cricket!

Btw, I think everyone should vote for that article by ProfessorAwesomo . I hate seeing fellow journos getting shafted.

(And yes, I know I will have the usual people writing dumb comments and saying that this is a ridiculous article, it should be deleted.....blah blah.....just write it down and get it over with)

Number 6:

What was the glorious empire of USA is all falling apart. At the time of writing this segment, USA were battling it out in 7 separate battles. And to put it nicely, it is becoming a massacre in every battle. Even now, the current standings for USA v opponents in terms of rounds won is 12 to 31. Im not sure if this in entirely correct, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I think that this is most active battles on a single country in secura? I believe the past record was 6 RW's at the same time against Poland.

Number 5:

For the first time ever, the nation of Chile makes the top 10! The little nation of 97 citizens has been giving their all against Argentina, and they have been going very well. Their list of military conquests and missions this week has been super impressive. Keep up the good work Chile. Way to show those bigger boys how it is done!

Number 4:

What started out as a troll, Delta (Norway/Denmark/Finland) formed with the pure aim of being a defensive alliance to regain their nations core regions and fight back at their oppressors. Within a day of their formation, Delta celebrated their first alliance victories by regaining their Norway's core territories. I have said this from day one in this game (and I know it was met by major skepticism), small nations making a defensive alliances work! Why, many reasons, but mostly due to the fact that coordination is possible. But also, one thing is that you also gain the respect of the other nations.

Number 3:

To make things worse, USA really dont have anyone to blame than themselves, Round 7 of the initial battle for Alaska gave them a 22 million overkill. Perhaps one of the worst overkills in the history of the game. If USA intend on atleast making it difficult for they really need some coordination.

Overall, in that specific battle, USA created nearly 32 million of overkill in their 2 victorious rounds, which result in the following battle damage

Defenders' total damage: 214,959,640
Attackers' total damage: 210,378,615

Ouch.

Number 2:

While this weeks No.1 is clearly VVV, another great thing was the age of the small defensive alliances. The Empire (Austria/Slovenia/Slovakia) formed are are quickly retrieving their territories. What makes this alliance super impressive is the bylaws and the organization that is going into it. To see these click this article . The Empire is already enjoying the fruits of their labour with Austria regaining their territories, Slovenia on their way to being complete, and for the first time in a long time, slovakia regaining some territories from Hungary.

Im telling you, there is something golden about these small defensive alliances. Hate to say I told you so!

AND THE NUMBER 1 MOMENT FOR THIS WEEK IS?

What happens when the 3 best nations from SUP and OGD get together......[urlhttp://secura.e-sim.org/article.html?id=14258]Veni Vidi Vici[/url]. Now this in anyones books is a smart move and I think we can all safely say that VVV will dominate esim now. I know that this changes esim up quite abit, but I think that quite a few people were hoping that some long standing relationships might alter if a new alliance was formed. In any case, as their first action, USA beared the full brunt of VVV, and they are looking to be in a world of pain! Also, funnily enough, rumour has it that OwenHargreaves was abit of a mastermind behind this getting the respective CP's together.

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

"E-Sim is one of the most unique browser games out there"

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
