Hi all! You can find all of the Fast Track Articles and more about the amazing world on eSim at our Fast Track WIKI thanks!
The Tips are one of the small species in the eSim, measuring anywhere from 3-6in (7.62cm -15.24cm) tall and have the ability to lift 240 times their weight or more! They all work together for the greater good of their cause. Every tip is either named with a code or a number. They work in a military community with every tip older than 2 years being assigned a rank. After birth Tips spend the first year and a half of their life with their parents and teachers. On the completion of their initial studies, they leave for a 3 month basic training session. They then return home for 3 months to continue to study and their mentors try to convince them of which direction of life they should choose.
At 2 years of age Tips are given the rank of Trainee. They then spend 2 weeks each with all of the following: Overwatch, Clearer, and Runner. which are the bottom level in each of the three paths they can follow. After the 6 weeks are over, the trainees spends at least 1 week at any job (and all jobs, if they so desire) of their choosing and up to six weeks in total. At the end of the (at most) 12 week journey the Trainee will choose a rank one job.
The Military path starts with Overwatch, which has several sub-steps in it. They can be found at the chart below. After meeting the promotion requirements Tips can be promoted to Defenders and then they are on their way to becoming a Scout. Promotion in the military path is not guaranteed. Tips must reach specific goals before promotion is even considered. All levels of military work are found under other levels and are hard and require rigorous training. As the levels are just the Tips main career many hold other jobs as well for additional money. The military path is not considered the most dangerous, but is considered the most adventurous.
A Clearer starts off the Expansion path. These tips do the dirty and most dangerous work in the first couple of levels. Falling debris is the most dangerous thing for the small workers. Clearers are in charge of preparing sites for construction or the cleanup of areas around town. After a Clearer, tips become Destroyers which take down old buildings or oversee Clearers jobs. Promotion in this path is timed up until the level of Builder where you must be selected for moving on. All tips are Clearers for 6 years and then are considered for promoted to Destroyers for 3 years and they become Builders 2 years after further consideration . After this tips must be chosen for promotion by a very rigorous testing methods.
The Runners start off the political and educational path for tips. Runners educate tips under 2 for one of their jobs. They can also be servants to representatives, leaders, or committee members. Tips will stay at this level for a minimum of 4 years, given the opportunity to switch jobs every 6 months. This is the only level in any path where the sublevels can be moved through so easily and are equal to each other. The Leaders and Representatives make decisions on many things about the tips, but the Committee is the real fun. The Committee is like a senate, with 70 members of which 10 are elected every 6 months and serve a 3.5 year term. The queen is part of the Committee and she is the leader. Queens can live for a very long time, they are naturally selected, whenever a new queen is born they either start a new colony (by taking some members to a new place) or they replacing an old queen. The queen decides if she is too old, or if the queen suddenly dies. Every century the High Queen is replaced. Tips expand rapidly if multiple queens are present. The Committee is never absolutely even overall but it allows for variety in how things get done.
The tips have a unique structure that allows them to stick around though being very short. Most tips live to a good age for 40+ years, which is the average life span. The immense strength of the tips means that they will fight anything, and they have a particular fondness for headbutting creatures far larger than themselves. In a good fight, a Feegle will take on all comers. They see no sport in fighting the weak. They may take one cow from a man with a herd of fifty; however, they will not steal an old woman's only pig, or an old man's only pair of false teeth. Tips have a city guide that can be found in the World Facts section.
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
