Fellow citizens of sPakistan,
First of all, thank you for giving me the opportunity of being president again. I will try to do my best to make sPakistan shine as never before.
In my first term, my goal was to increase our treasury and state infraestructure. We now have 2Q4 iron companies and a weapons company up and running. And we have a fair amount of GOLD in the reserves. We reached a stable point with enough income to survive in a gold intensive world.
My goal this term is to use that income to become a stronger and military organized country. We need our MUs to be heard on the battlefield. We want the enemies to say "oh shi* that pakistan MU set orders against us, we're fu**d". For that we need a proper MU funding system. Since our national army is more a initiation to military unit, our private MUs are our representation, and we need to take care of them. Funding our private units will allow us to bring more strong fighters to sPakistan, and make our brave fighters to receive more weapons and rank up faster.
The best way for funding, as we did once last term, is a Civil War, with the purpose of maximize the GOLD received on it. This is the Civil War v2.0 plan.
What are the objectives of the Civil war?
Main objective: Get 240G every week.
Secondary objectives: Get some equipment for our citizens.
How will we get 240G?
A Civil war can last 15 rounds. Each round has 2 sides, rebels and loyalist, so we have 30 different sides. 240G/30 sides = 8G/side.
How will we get 8G/side?
A Battle Hero medal gives 5G. That means we need to get 3G more each side. With the equipment system, being in top 10 allows you to get items, valuable items that gives you chances to avoid the health loss or double your damage. That items are given based on the number of hits, regardless of the damage or the purpose of the battle.
So I think it is a nice idea to create a raffle system. Each position on the top 10 will be worth 0.3G, and the battle hero has to donate the 5G price. With that, we can achieve the 8G/side goal,thus 240G per Civil War.
Getting cheap equipment with this systems sounds fair, but what will you do with all that money?
240G will be distributed this way:
· 20G donation to Thundercats.
· 20G buying damage to Thundercats
· 20G donation to SSG Commandos.
· 20G buying damage to SSG Commandos.
· 20G donation to Knights Of Cydonia.
· 20G buying damage to Knights Of Cydonia.
· 20G to be given to individuals without Military Unit.
· 100G to the country treasury.
Most of the benefits will be used to increase our firepower, giving military units the chance to grow and giving the goverment damage. If we all make this to work, every MU will get 120G/month (due to CW duration we wont be able to do more than 3 CW per month), and treasury will be in a healthy situation too. So its a win/win/win situacion. Citizen wins, MUs wins, Goverment win.
What happens if me/my MU refuse to help?
The most probably situation is that CWs wont be organized anymore, that means that you will receive less supplies since your MU wont be funded, or you wont get gold/items this easily. We would have a lose/lose/lose situation. Since we are all smart people, i guess this would never happen.
Ok, you got my support. How rounds will be made?
Our objetive is to start the CW this friday at 19:50. That would allow us to fight 3 rounds in the first day, 11 rounds in the second day and a last round in the 3rd day, giving us enought time to reach 6000 hits, which will give us 2Q3, 6Q2 and 20Q1 items. Some of them will be ok, some of them will be great, so i estimate the item value on 200G.

In order to achieve the 6000 hits, we need to ask you to fight 3 berserks for a top10 position or 10 berserks for a BH. And it is stupid to use weapons to fight, since it costs money. Gifts are also discouraged, but it will help you to get more chances to get items. If you need to hit less each round because you want to appear in more rounds, let us know. We will try to do an exception.
I will publish a official list with people that already paid for a position, but you have time til Thursday to apply for it. The sooner you enter the list, the easier will be to get a place! places are limited to 20 each round, and you can apply 2 times per round (one time loyal, one time rebel).

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
