If you have been paying any attention at all, to the eUS’s latest battles, or have been browsing through the shoutbox, or any recently posted articles you may have noticed something.... We have pretty much botched up most of the battles we have been fighting, and have lost quite a bit of territory in the past few days.

Obviously, that is very, very bad.

First off, lets address the problems our military is currently facing.

* Terrible Over-Kill- We’re winning some rounds by 20 million damage, while losing others by only 3 million damage. Right there is an absolute waste of damage.

* Bad coordination- We have people fighting all over the place. We have some people dropping an extra 20 million damage in Pacific Coast, while we’re losing by 5 million in Mexico. We need to get out soldiers fighting in the right battles, and the right time, or just keeping them in reserves until we actually need them.

* Orders- Here I’m addressing MU orders, not DoD orders. We’ve all been in this situation, your ready to fight, have your food and guns ready, then you notice that MU order’s aren’t set. Next thing you know, you’re running around like a chicken with no head, dropping random damage wherever you happen to be. I’ve also been told by a few people that FLoD’s orders seem a bit lacking, something I’ll work on fixing. As for private MU’s this comes down to the leaders, and officers.

Now that we know the problems, we can work on finding a solution. The main problem we’re facing, is people aren’t paying attention/caring/know, where or when to fight. Here are a few solution I’ve come up with, but I’m more than happy to hear any suggestions, from pretty much anyone.

*Reward the faithful.

One way to encourage people to fight right, would be to reward those who do. I’m not saying reward every single person who happens to follow MU orders, but we can have some people looking out for those fellas’ the ones who watch battles and end up saving our asses in the last 20 seconds of a battle. The ones who look at a few battles and hit where we actually need it. Just a pat on the back saying Good Job!

*Punish the unfaithful!

I’ve noticed that South Korea has been using this strategy with dealing with people fighting for the enemy in RW’s. You constantly ignore MU orders? Fight for the enemy to get a BH or equipment? Drop 5 million damage in overkill? You’re kicked out of your MU! Refused #Strikes supplies (temporarily)! Lose access to any government program that gives you stuff (temp)! banished to the moon for 1,000 years! Of course, we’ll give them one or two warnings before we unleash hell upon them, but even a warning might whip these people into shape.

*Tactical Supplies

Here’s a more smarty pants answer to this problem. We can’t have #strikes running 24/7 it’s simply Imposibru. So we could work on having our MU’s coordinate damage beyond MU orders. My idea here is, to distribute supplies in “waves”. Instead of giving everyone supplies at once, and having them all overkill on the MU’s set battle. You give 5 people supplies now, tell them to fight at Round A. After Round A is done, the next 5 are supplied for Round B. Once Round B is done, the next 5 are supplied for Round C, and so on.

The way, we would have a constant, steady stream of damage, that could be adjusted as we need it. No Overkill, no underkill.

We could possible set this up in the eUS’s national MU’s (FLoD), and maybe the more professional, elite MU’s, but most likely never across every American MU.

Those are the ideas I have, so lets hear yours. Post it in the comments, PM me, tie it to an arrow and shoot it through my window, any idea is a good idea!

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
