I am writing this article as I hear some query about the rent deal of 3 regions to Iran.
And I am writing this article in English since the query are mainly from the foreign society in e-China.
Here is the clarification of the rent deal.
I DIDN'T VOLUNTARILY RENT THE REGIONS TO IRAN.
Iran attacked Tibet on that day 1:00am.( China-time )
I found impossible to gather force to fight back in such a CNY period.
And in fact we have to spend all our gold in buff and Q5 weapon in order to win a battle.
Then the next day, eventually we will lose.
We have no reason to resist.
If we fight, we will lose all 3 regions free to Iran.
So I have chosen to talk to the Iran CP in order to take back something.
I have consulted the OPA leader Republic before dealing the rent deal, although he didn't agree the relatively-small fee (30G), he agree that NWChina is useless to China and we can rent it out.
With help of our India friend vivek I have reached the Iran CP.
They wanted our High Oil region.
And they think a rent deal could be possible.
Afterward we negotiate about the rent. 50G from USA is not reasonable. But 30G is still a good return.
Time is tight and I have to confirm the deal on that night since Iran is already attacking Tibet.
I have to confirm the rent deal and tell the citizen not to fight against them in order to secure the rent deal to prevent we lose everything.
That's all about the rent deal.
If you still think we should not rent the regions to Iran,
I guess we may have two reasons.
1) We should fight and we can win.
My explanation : Please show me your ability to fight.
If this country have 5-7 people of my ability to fight and all the citizen fight in alliance's war,
we would have very good alliance, we should not afraid to any country.
No doubt I am the person have spent the most damage in China's war, and also in the alliance's war.

2) We should fight and we should not settle for rent deal.
My explanation :
although the income of NWChina is small, it still worth about 1G/day.
By renting to Iran, we can get a constant amount income to do what we want to do.

They are some country in our size have some say in the international affair since they have regular damage for the alliance in stead of only for their country. ( Finland, Denmark, Germany, Montenegro )
Statically, we are number 32 in no. active citizen. But we are 43 in Country total damage.
Without me, our country total damage will be last three in the list.

If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
