Presidential Platform
Today I would like to outline my plan as president for the September 2012 Presidential term.
Politics
**There have been a lot of questions about our goals as a country and what direction we plan on taking going forward. I will outline my plan up to this point and what I would like to see in the coming month.
-Canada:
We reached an agreement with Canada on day 5 to return Quebec to their people and rent CeC for its use. We chose this to remain friendly to our neighbor and maintain a good relationship with them going forward. We initially invaded Canada because they had the high grain region we needed to grow as a large country and we saw an opportunity to obtain it early giving us a head start in the world. Once we had CeC the other regions held little value to us except as a bargaining tool for diplomacy. After they came to me seeking a cease fire it became clear, that together Canada and USA could work together on this server and leave the old politics of Primera behind.
-Mexico:
Plainly put, Mexico has diamonds, we need diamonds and it was the path of least resistance. We went to them as the invasion started and offered them a deal to maintain and hold Yucatan Peninsula as a courtesy. Initially they were hesitant to accept but when they realized they had 2 options, 1 - accept the term and maintain control of 2 of their regions or 2 - Lose all of their regions, they quickly accepted and agreed to our demands.
-[OGD]Order of the Golden Dawn
OGD is (currently) a group of Five countries: United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Brazil and Indonesia. We came together as a group because we did not see ourselves being affiliated with the other 2 main groups that were forming at the time (CPA & Lit/Pol). Our stance is that we are neutral to these alliance and would like to remain friendly to each side. The alliance has agreed to wait until after the September elections to pursue adding new countries to our fold. Once the September elections are over standard operating procedure will commence and we will grow together t our mutually beneficial goals.
-USA Future Allies:
With the exception of Canada, USA will not be pursuing new MPP's until after the September CP election. WIth only a few days left it seems prudent to allow talks to continue but to hold off on making final decisions this close to the end of the term. I have been speaking daily with many other countries and will continue to speak to them as the days progress and in the event of not being elected, I will pass the information I have to the next President and he/she can make the decisions at that time on how to move forward.
Secura E-Sim Programs
**The following is a list of Citizen Programs I would like to implement and have out to the citizens before the end of the September term:
- Food for Citizens.
This program would give food to low level citizens new to the server up to a certain level. Links would be posted in most official documents and a form would be filled out by the citizen and food would be sent to them till they reached the level set by the program, at which time they would either have to start purchasing their own or find an MU that could provide for them.
- Guns for Battles
This program is already partially implemented but will have more detailed guidelines set forth as citizens level up. Currently this is an as needed basis for select battles, but we would like to expand this further to be similar to the food program for low level players and more benecifial for higher level players. We would also like to see moving tickets added here as prices become more reasonable and stocks become plentiful.
- Department of Education
We have a couple members of the cabinet working on articles for citizens that will answer any questions they may have regarding battles, companies or the game in general. We intend to include guides on how to set up IRC, stock companies and military units.
Executive Directives
**I have already implemented Daily Presidential updates that will inform our citizens of whats happening daily via my newspaper which can be found here . I intend on releasing as much information I can to the public without giving our enemies information they could against us. We also have the White House Press Release that is released as needed by the Secretary of Media

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
