Hey everyone and welcome back to CTF Newsletter. Today's article focuses on our own Military Unit and explores its improvement and domination during the past week in the Portugal/Canada war.
Quick Background
Since its inception on January 15th, 2013, Canadian Task Force has climbed up the ladder. It has added an additional 4 members that have been steadily growing and participating more and more in key battles.
Total Damage in Battles as of 01/15/13 - 47,619,701
Total Damage in Battles as of 03/06/13 - 113,902,197
Net Increase of Damage - +66,282,496 (+140% Increase)
Average Damage/Day - 1,325,649.92
With one of the largest % increases of all MUs in Canada, one can make the assumption that Canadian Task Force will continue to be a force in future wars (coordination still needs work but damage output is still nice!) Looking at the members, we can take a glance at how the 3 original members fared over the last month and a half.
Looking at the steady increase across the board, the biggest gainer was MU leader wushuguy with a +33m Damage increase to bring him up into the top 10 nationally for damage. apeman comes in 11th ranked for damage and twist3dfate remains in the top 20 with a 19th place showing. In addition, new additions to CTF Force include the citizens below:
TheDuke Total Damage - 9,139,883
Zack Total Damage - 7,888,285
Varasero Total Damage - 2,799,497
ftyoshi Total Damage - 1,957,163
Hopefully, their strong base and continuing willingness to improve will help Canadian Task Force grow into a bigger force and benefit Canada in adding to its list of premiere Military Units.
Canadian Task Force Involvement in Canada/Portugal War
After Portugal declared war on Canada, I was asked about the availability of Canadian Task Force to assist in battles. I responded that we were willing and we were ready.
The first battle in the Canada/Portugal war took place in Canada East Coast. Although Canada lost, they put up a huge fight. For Canadian Task Force, it was a sign of things to come. Using this battle as a launchpad, it helped unite all members and give them a cause to fight for.
Fighting in 7 rounds, CTF helped secure 5 wins and pulled out 2 BHs in a defending situation. Apeman launched things with a nice effort to defend with the rest of the citizens fighting away in the subsequent rounds. Due to the lack of list of all attacking members, we can't tell which other citizens participated but we can estimate that CTF did over 8 million damage in that launching battle.
Canadian Task Force topped all attacking Military Units with an astounding 9,840,652 damage! So close to the 10 million mark!! What makes this even more incredible is that we did over 54% of Canada's 18,165,712 overall damage! Amazing! Although it was in a losing cause, it gave us the recognition and the impressive display of strength proved we could do some amazing things.
So looking at the overall stats, there was a lot of damage spread over losing rounds. Due to time zone differences, this was the case. But the strong showing spread out nicely to net CTF 4 BH medals in the 7 rounds they participated in. Hopefully that will help all members improve.
Although CTF only did 1,495,154 damage in this war, it was due to members recovering from going all out in the CEC RW. The key to this, however, was where the damage was done. In round 15 , Canada squeezed in all their damage and made the decisive hit at the last second to help take CPC back. With over 17% of the Round 15 attacking damage, CTF has proven that it can make a very last minute impact again.
Once again, Canada topped out all military units again. With 3,412,845 damage, CTF did over 65% of Canada's 5,244,475 damage. Although not everyone fought, this was key because CTF helped Canada win a few crucial rounds in the middle of the night.
Very interesting battle. Canada won to take back Northern Canada but it was the actions overnight, once again, that brought Canada out victoriously. With a beautiful steal in round 6, leader wushuguy paved the way for the next few rounds that saw him lead Canada to 3 consecutive victories.
Future of Canadian Task Force
1) With most of its damage exhausted, CTF turns its head to the biggest battle in Canada East Coast as Canadians try to take back what is rightfully theirs. However, with most of the members exhausting all their damage, will Canada be able to continue?
2) With 8/10 members, will Canadian Task Force be able to recruit two strong members to help push them in key battles to surpass the elusive 10 million damage mark?
3) Will Canadian Task Force one day become elite? How will it be able to fund that?

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth.
Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit
different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be
efficiently
managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation.
Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the
game.
Work for the good of your country and
see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game.
It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present
in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth
according to their own.
So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
