各位,

作为offset的继任者,我继续负责给大家合成装备。

算法不变:原料点数Q1 = 1,Q2 = 3, Q3 = 9, Q4 = 27(Q4还是自己留着先用吧,太奢侈。。。)

合成目的:装备一共5个属性(Hit,str,dmg,Maxdmg,Miss,avoid,critical),其中前两个是垃圾。如果考虑出现各种属性的几率相同,则不带垃圾属性的几率约为一半(25/49)。目的是通过各种合成规避垃圾属性(Q3及以上装备)。原料充足的时候将合成至Q5。

配装建议:Avoid是高帅富属性;Miss基本需要及格。Critical和Max dmg价值相当,Max dmg价值略大于dmg。所以,对我们这样的穷人军团,优先配备Miss,Max及Critical装备(木有房子和地产的时候,有avoid也没什么用啊。。。)。

装备分配:根据个人原料贡献点数(可以透支哦亲)。Q4及以下算法点数以原料点数计算;其中,到Q5阶段,带Hit和str属性的装备(失败作品)欢迎大家领养,需要基础点数暂定50;双Miss,Avoid及Critical的装备需要点数*4 = 200,其余不带垃圾属性的装备需要点数暂时*2 = 100(请参考拍卖价格),或者内部以点数拍卖之。接受大家对算法的修正意见。

目前从anac处接受原料7 Q1,2 Q2,2Q3,计31点。请大家踊跃提供材料。

除OPA军团成员外,eC国人在以下前提下享受同样的点数计算:

1)装备需求有冲突时优先OPA成员;
2)非OPA成员Credit下限为 -5 (换言之,如果原料容许,OPA将为eC国人配备一个位置的Q2装备和两个位置的Q1 - 护甲和帽子暂时就不要找我了。。。)

English Version: Item Merging Plan

As the successor of offset, I'm gonna to take care of this merging bussiness.

Anyone can donate his/her item for credit: Q1 = 1, Q2 = 3, Q3 = 9, Q4 = 27...
These credit can be used to exchange for merged item with the same rate (until Q4).
For Q5 item, the credit needed is defined as following:
50 credits for a Q5 item: {+ hits, + str} + {anything};
200 credits for a Q5 item: {avoid, miss, critical} + {avoid, miss, critical};
100 credits for Q5 item: any other case.

MU takes the risk of failure merging and take care of the merging cost.
If ppl are competeting for the same item - rare case I expect - tell me by PM the highest credit they want to pay, and I will send the item to the guy give the better price (aution like).

The basic idea is to avoid useless quantities as +hits & +str.
So all items with any of these two quantities will be used as raw (until Q4/Q5).
At this moment, the most valued quantities is -Miss, then + MaxDam, + Critical, +Dmg, + Avoid.
I need raw - as much as possible - so please send me your unwanted items for credits.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.


You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).


At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
