In this one, I will tell you how to choose your equip within your budget, and also some comparison on the not quite top quality equip for each equip level.
For some of you guys benefits, conclusions first to avoid boring analysis
1. Considering the best quality which are the Q5 equipment, the parameter ranking is:
AAA: Avoid (+AVD)
AA+: Reduce Miss (-MISS)
AA: Max Damage (+MAX)
A+: Critical Chance (+CRIT)
A: Damage (+DMG)
+AVD and -MISS are on the top, +MAX following them, +CRIT is slightly better than +AVD. The other two, strength and hits are rubbish, which are not considered in this discussion. Controversially to people's thought, +CRIT and +DMG are ranked at the bottom of the five good parameters. +DMG & +MAX are added into every hit, but +CRIT is only working when the event happened. And moreover, +DMG & +MAX influence directly on your basic damage, but +CRIT is added on the default 12.5% chance.
2. Equip gives you more damage (obviously nonsense, aha
). With valuation of 1 for your damage without equip system, even if you don't use any equip you will still have 3.62% increment, that is because -MISS and +CRIT cancelled out (both are 12.5% by default), then you get slightly increased damage by the 5% +AVD chance.
3. Best set of each equip level gives you similar increment on your expected damage, Q1-Q4 give about 15% increasing for each level and a full Q5 set can boost 20%-30% more than Q4 set.
4. +AVD and -MISS are the best two parameters, but if you don't like +AVD as it consumes more weapons I will make a special version for you to get rid of this parameter
+MAX, +DMG and +CRIT are very close to each other, I recommend to go for a higher value to choose these three within your budget.
5. +AVD not going well with +CRIT; while without +AVD parameter, the best Q5 set is 2 -MISS, 7 +MAX and 1 +CRIT, which has slightly higher damage than 2 -MISS & 8 +MAX. .

My analysis is not numerical as
Damage is calculated on its expected value by statistic method; equip parameters are uniform distribution, thus I will take the mid value for each level into calculation. Each level will be configured with 10 slots, 5 equip with 2 slots for each one.
Each slot for each level has the following value for iteration. Also the values in the form are the mid values for each level.

For the best set of each quality level, Q1 gives 12.5% more, Q2 gives 27.5%, Q3 gives 43.4%, Q4 gives 64.6% and Q5 boost your damage with 98.8% more. The 50th set and 1st set in each level are very close from Q1 to Q4, slightly more difference for Q5 set. But be aware that I've iterated 5^10 (9.76 million) cases for each set, and still most of the weight award to +AVD, -MISS and +MAX on top50.

For the best set of each quality level without +AVD, Q1 gives 12.5% more, Q2 gives 27.5%, Q3 gives 41.5%, Q4 gives 55.5% and Q5 has 75.6% more which is a lot lower than the Q5 set with avoid.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
