As you know my Presidential term is coming to an end in a matter of 4 days.
I have been the Indian President now for 26-odd days. I have gained a lot of experience and I worked a lot on as to how we make India a flourished country. It will take a lot of time to do the same, however, we must be proud on our strengths, and also work hard in covering up our weakness.
On the basis of my views and experience, here are some of the strengths, weaknesses and their solutions, which can help India and the next President.
STRENGTHS:
A.) Unity:
With respect to my term as CP, I saw that almost entire India has been united and supporting me. Ofcourse, 100% unity is impossible and there have been a handful of criticizers, and that is bound to happen, but on the whole I have received excellent support from the people.
Possible Improvements:
As I said I know that 100% unity is not possible, but we can try for it. There have been some issues with
United we stand, Divided we fall!
B.)Military Units:
This month has been good for India in terms of Military Units. Apart from the dominant Marcos and Indian National Army, The New MUs-Order of Kshatriyas and LorDs have been doing a good job so far. These MUs can be the future elites of India, increasing/multiplying damage by many folds. All the best folks, rock \m/
Possible Improvements:
The Government must support them and help them give better supplies, starting companies, providing loans, and make them elite as fast as possible. Ofcourse, this is when the Government has some money
C.)New Players:
This Month, India has got a new bunch of active players. They might seem less in numbers, being only 5 or 6, but considering the active population of Population of India, it is a really a decent achievement. They might be the future tanks, or even form the future government or one of them might become a President too!
Possible Improvements:
These guys should be helped by the rich and biggies to grow up faster. They can be molded into good citizens in the near Future!
D.)Powerful Alliance:
This is one of the biggest advantage, in UWS. They are strong, and they rock! India being one of the integral members of such an alliance is really a big thing, and might turn out into our favor in the near future in the fight against VVV.

Possible Improvements:
We can always improve our relations with allies by hitting hard for them. It is really important to fight for alliance members too. It will only strengthen the relations and we will be paid back better, believe me!
E.) HIGH REGION-GRAINS:
Believe me, India is one of the few fortunate nations to have a high region of grains. Once can fight without weapons, but not without food. Moreover with the high demand of food in Market, India can dominate the economy.
Possible Improvements;
We need to bring more and more investment into India. For that holding the region is the main priority. The likes of Indonesia and Malaysia are eyeing on the high region, but we Indians are no less when it comes to defend it
These were the strengths of India. But India faces many many weaknesses, overcoming which is very important.
I would like to list few here:
Weakness:
A.)DAMAGE:
This is perhaps the biggest weakness. There are not even 20 Indians in top 1000 global damage players! It is a real thing to worry. Seeing our neighbors and comparing them with us, we lack a lot of damage. It is not that we don't have active players, it is because people don't fight for India. I wish people would fight hard for India rather than posting silly articles and shout in the country and create a bad and hot environment.
i.)Damage for Allies:
India still doesn't hit much for allies, which is disappointing. We need to understand that Alliance and India are inter-dependent. If we do not help the alliance, we cannot expect the alliance to return the favors.
ii.)Co-ordination:
The co-ordination of India has been decent, but we need to better it and make it high level. For that it is important to move to IRC-INDIA .
FIGHTING IS NOT A BIG DEAL, BUT FIGHTING WITH BRAINS IS!
Intelligence and co-ordination is the key to upgrade damage. And that is, t-2 fighting. It is important because it takes the enemy by surprise, gives them less time to react, confuses them as to how much damage to do and gives us an opportunity to win. This is the key to win with minimum damage.
iii.) Mercs:
I request all the Indian-Mercenaries to join Indian MUs and develop India, rather than fighting for Gold!
It really destroys the country, and fills your pockets by betraying the country!
Possible Solutions:
The solution is simple, each one of us must get engaged into fights and increase our ranks. The more the rank, the more the damage. Also training everyday is very important. I can name a minimum of 10 active active citizens who can do 1m damage each, yet do not fight for India. An increment of 10m damage per day will take the Indian damage up by 15%, which is very much needed! Moreover we need to encourage t-2 hitting, and for that IRC plays a vital role.
I urge all active citizens to fight hard, please! It is very much important for the sake of the country, as well as the Alliance.
B.)Economic Gap:
Economic Gap is a real big problem in India. It is not that we don't have rich citizens, we have citizens who are very rich, but the same time majority of Indian players are poor. We need to sort it out. The economic Gap needs to be erased off if India has to progress.
Possible Solutions:
The solution is simple. All the big players must unite and do something on a large scale to get Indians cheap supplies and good salaries. Lending some money is 1 way. However, creating a huge SC would be a good idea. Yes, we have India Inc. but 1 SC is not enough. I would like to mention and thank

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
