Welcome back to my articles on the congress elections. Unfortunately, I missed last month as I was really busy but I have taken the opportunity to reorganise my information and hopefully my articles will now be more informative.

This congress election had the second most number of votes cast in UK Secura history with 103 votes. The most votes cast was 105 in September 2012 (The first voted congress). Despite this, we have reached new heights with individual votes. ColonelNick managed to achieve a larger number of votes than anyone over the previous elections with 14 whereas the previous best was 13 held by CBall .

Once again we have seen some new faces coming forward for a UK Congress position. Of these 7 new faces, two were voted in, both with 4 votes. These two congressmen are Whoacat and Gaius Julius Caesar . So well done you two!

In terms of political parties,

For All People managed to get 10 citizens into congress out of their 20 candidates, amassing a total of 61 votes - 59.2% of the total votes cast.

S&R Party managed to get 3 citizens into congress out of their 4 candidates, amassing a total of 8 votes - 7.8% of the total votes cast.

UKFirst managed to get 3 citizens into congress out of their 4 candidates, amassing a total of 9 votes - 8.7% of the total votes cast.

The League of Sexy Gentlemen managed to get 3 citizens into congress out of their 5 candidates, amassing a total of 23 votes - 22.3% of the total votes cast.

Jedi managed to get 1 citizen into congress which was their only candidate, amassing a total of 2 votes - 1.9% of the total votes cast.

Now onto the league table where Sir_Dom has increased his lead over 2nd place now having increased the gap to 47 votes. Also, thanks to Hugebones not running and Annihilator999 amassing a respectable 9 votes, the fight is now on for 2nd place.

Current Top 25 Standings are as follows:
1st - Sir_Dom - 83 votes (9.22|9)
2nd - Hugebones - 36 votes (4.50|8)
3rd - Annihilator999 - 34 votes (4.86|7)
4th - Reincarnate - 33 votes (6.60|5)
5th - ColonelNick - 32 votes (8.00|4)
=6th - CBall - 29 votes (4.83|6)
=6th - dav432 - 29 votes (4.14|7)
8th - mareille - 26 votes (3.25|8)
9th - Kalli Kaldi - 22 votes (3.14|7)
10th - Overlord - 21 votes (3.00|7)
11th - law7441 - 19 votes (3.80|5)
12th - diego - 18 votes (3.00|6)
=13th - Assassin22 - 15 votes (3.75|4)
=13th - BobJob - 15 votes (2.14|7)
=15th - Striker - 13 votes (2.17|6)
=15th - Mallo - 13 votes (2.17|6)
=17th - Lord Pathogen - 12 votes (6.00|2)
=17th - Rule Britannia - 12 votes (3.00|4)
=17th - LiamB - 12 votes (2.00|6)
=20th - bananaboy378 - 11 votes (3.67|3)*
=20th - wucott2 - 11 votes (2.75|4)
22nd - Huijnen - 10 votes (1.67|6)
=23rd - Gurst - 9 votes (3.00|3)*
=23rd - Hybrid - 9 votes (3.00|3)
=23rd - riceylad543 - 9 votes (2.25|4)

NB: In the table, (a|b) - 'a' represents the average number of votes per candidature and 'b' represents the number of candidatures.

Where two or more citizens have tied on the number of votes, my kicker has been 'average votes'. In one instance this has resulted in one citizen not being included in the leader board despite having 9 votes.

Where there is an asterisk, it indicates that the citizen is no longer a UK citizen

About the game:

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.

In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).

At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.

E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
