Inisiatif, timezone, dll

Di e-sim, klo seandainya satu negara declare perang ke negara lain, maka negara tersebut punya inisiatif perang. Inisiatif ini apa maksudnya? Artinya, dalam 24 jam kita bisa nentuin wilayah mana yang akan kita serang, dan juga kapan kita mulai serangan. Selama 24 jam itu, presiden yg nentuin kapan mulai perangnya; dengan kata lain, klo mau perang, presidennya harus paling nggak siaga dalam jangka waktu 24 jam itu.

Mengenai tempat sasaran serangan, itu sih bergantung dari letak daerah target yg tersedia + seberapa berharga wilayah itu (high region, capital, dll). Hal kayak gitu biasanya udah dipikirin sama presidennya (walo kadang2 presidennya juga bingung, lol). Yang jadi masalahnya adalah kapan.

Maunya sih, pas kita declare perang ke negara lain, negara lain nggak siap, ato paling nggak, nggak punya kekuatan bwt ngimbangin. Inget, di e-sim, nggak cuman orang indo yang perang. Seluruh dunia (cieee ) juga ikut main dalam game ini. Maka dari itu, biasanya satu negara nge-declare perang pas:

1)yang nyerang bener2 siap bwt menangin ronde, alias punya orang bwt ngejaga perang
2)yang diserang pas nggak siap, entah lagi tidur, lagi kerja, dll

Ya syukur klo bisa dapet 2 2nya, tapi yg gw liat, biasanya poin 1 yang jadi fokus utama, dan fokus 2 bwt bonus.

Atau, bisa juga bwt ngulur2 perang, perang dimulainya telat banget. Inget, inisiatif perang jangka waktunya 24 jam. Jadi, strategi yg umum juga klo baru mulai perang 23 jam 59 menit setelah inisiatif perang didapet. Biasanya klo kayak gini negara yg nyerang nge-voor bwt strategi lain.

Oh, strategi umum lainnya ialah mulai perang pas DC (day change / ganti hari). Salah satu fitur di e-sim ialah ada batas food ma gift yg ada tiap harinya. Makanya, tradisi di e-sim itu biasanya ronde yg pas waktu DC biasanya banjir damage bwt ngabisin limit itu, soalnya toh food ma gift limit juga bakal balik abis ganti hari. Hal ini juga bisa dimanfaatin bwt satu negara untuk ngejamin paling nggak 1 ronde menang, dan biasanya kayak gini diatur pas satu ronde mulainya kira2 antara T-5 sampe T-15 sebelum ganti ronde.

Oh, masalah RW gimana?

Masalah RW ada sedikit perbedaan, karena semua orang bisa mulai RW di wilayah jajahan manapun. Jadi, relatif bebas nggak ada batasan apapun mau dimulai kapan. Tapi, berkaitan masalah inisiatif, ada catatan khusus:
1)satu wilayah bisa di-RW 1x24 jam.
2)klo misal satu RW selesai, anggota kongres dari wilayah terjajah bisa mulai RW lain langsung setelahnya, sedangkan selain anggota kongres, harus nunggu 15 menit sebelum punya hak untuk RW.

Biasanya kayak gini penting untuk diversion war. Nggak mau dong klo misal wilayah2 penting kayak border ato high region di-RW, jadinya ya terpaksa harus fokus di perang yg itu. Jadinya, untuk langkah pencegahan, biasanya wilayah yg ecek2 di-RW klo misal ada hal yg lebih penting, misal bantu aliansi ato lanjut invasi, jadi wilayah yang strategis nggak kena senggol.

Intinya, game mechanics di e-sim ngizinin satu negara bwt ngatur strategi yg nggak asal senggol bacok. Ada beberapa poin yang musti dipikir2, dan salah satunya ya masalah inisiatif perang ini.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.


In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
