It's that time again.... Country Presidential Elections.... and yes, I am running for hopefully what will be my first term leading, improving and increasing the enjoyment and community for the United Kingdom and it's citizens.
Last term, I
set out 3 aims that I wanted to achieve for the United Kingdom with help from my cabinet. These were:
- Continue to hold all UK territories, with the view to expand the UK to generate greater income and increase our economy - ACHIEVED!
As you have all seen, and been a huge part of, the UK moved to take Canada East Coast and to agree a "rent" deal to try and increase the economy and income for both Countries. Canada subsequently broke that agreement which left the UK with no choice other than to occupy the remainder of Canada. We hope to work something out with Canada and we are always open to discussions over this issue.
- Review and Increase the British Army members supplies - ACHIEVED!
The British Army Gift supply has increased to 10x Q5 Food, 6x Q5 Gifts an 2x Q1 Tickets.
- A Baby Boom - ONGOING
This is ongoing and we are still working out the best way to move forward on this. As you can imagine, this takes a huge amount of time to organise and execute, and we have been more interested in our hold on Canada which is ongoing also.
Additional Achievements this term
The British Army has today (Day 282) changed from a REGULAR MU (10% damage bonus) to a VETERAN MU (15% damage bonus).
This is something that I was looking to do in my next term in charge, but due to the hard work of all UK citizens (via taxes), my Minister of Finance,
My first cabinet
The previous cabinet worked very well as a team and everything ran smoothly (including the daily supplies to the British Army member). So I have great pleasure in announcing the following members as my cabinet, with a few tweaks:
- Vice County President -
- He has been there and done it all before and knows a lot about the game and is a great asset to the UK, he did after all run this country for three terms under my guidance.
- Minister of Defence -
- Many of you will know how important
- Minister of Foreign Affairs -
- He has experience and enjoys the political side of the game and get on well so he will be perfect to assist in future alliance and political discussions.
- Minister of Home Affairs -
- The UK Citizens Handbook has been revised. He is also doing a rewards scheme for continued citizen development which has seen an increase in shouts on the UK shout box and a general increase in activity. He will also help me out with the "Baby Boom".
- Minister of Finance -
- Again, I have been mightily impressed by his ability to make Gold . He currently runs his own Q5 Companies and turns a good profit each day, I am hoping he will do the same for the UK this term as he did in the previous term.
Final Thanks...
I would like to thank my cabinet for the previous term and all the support they have given both myself and the United Kingdom, so thank you and I am sure we can help the UK to move forward again and I look froward to our next term together.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
