I have good amount of experience in running country on both servers I was:
VCP 1 time on Secura and many more times on Primera, Congress terms for the USA 5+ times or more i lose count, I have had many government positions and worked around military units and developing, coordinating and supplying them to grow to be at their at most best . I went through thick and thin along with USA and didn’t change citizenship even when times were hardest, for those of you who know me, you would know i was here fighting for us and still here this time fighting for us, and so this time I am fighting for a different cause.
This is my cause, my plans for the future of the USA
1. Alliance
Yerm did pretty good job here, we are Dynasty and we shall remain in this alliance and fight for it with everything we got nothing to add here.
2. Foreign relations
I’ll try to broke deal with Canada for renting CEC I think it could be done for mutual benefit since companies in CEC need USA workforce and Canada could get more from rent than from taxes.
I don’t want USA to overextend too much so I wont be looking to attack any country for purposes of holding their regions, only attack possible is to drain damage to help our allies.
3. Economy
3.1 Raising of gold for org
This is part is where I disagree with Yerms proposals for lowering peg and making private deals (exchanging USD for companies). My plan, I think much better way of raising gold is offering some sort of state bonds with low interest rate (5% month) it worked good on primera since risk of org not returning debt is virtually non existent. This is more transparent way to raise money and not favoring any person.
3.2 Buying supplies for org
Org will buy supplies for USD exclusively from US citizens who have active companies in USA regions in order to drain USD even more.Supplies that aren’t produced at time in USA (food,tickets) will be procured or exchanged with allied countries.
3.3 Income tax
I want peg to remain somewhat stable with prospect of returning it to original 0.04 so income tax 20% is necessary evil for now, moment peg returns to normal I’ll lower income tax to acceptable level and that’s ~10%.
3.4 VAT and Import
There is no point of raising import tax because most foreign players are trading in USA through SC so this won't affect them, VAT could be slightly raised to maybe 5% but this won't have any real impact on peg.
4.Military
4.1 Buying companies for commune and starting it
This needs to be done if we want higher damage. I will not explain whole system here but it’s enough to say that this will be tightly controlled only players who work will get supplies and spreadsheet will be made with supplies given and damage made.
4.2 Strikes and reimbursement
I will explore option to give some supplies to players not hitting in last 2 minutes. This should be done because there are battles with high walls on enemy side and we could use fillers for that. This is where not so active players come along they will of course receive considerable less supplies than those who fight on strikes in last 2 minutes. If someone receives supplies but don’t fight he’s going to blacklist and won't receive anything in future.
5.Politics
I think we need to implement some control for who candidates for US congress because in every election there are players who fight against the US and her allies, plus with a bunch of multies and inactive players running for the 5g in congress elections here I'd like to make a stand. This doesn’t depend much on me but on party presidents I will talk with them and see their thoughts. I’m not proposing some dictatorship system where only 20 players are allowed to run but I want active congress because rest assured if congress isn’t fast enough it could mean difference between victory and defeat.

6.Cabinet
As you can all see I plan to run USA like well oiled machine and for that I need as many active people as I can get. I don’t care if you don’t agree with all my ideas if I’m elected and you are honest and want to help you will be welcome to join cabinet. Its time to stop internal struggles and start doing things in an organized and professional way.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
