So today I'm going to be posting the results of the very first e-Sim questionnaire! You can all still fill it out by clicking on the link above.

I guess people think very differently and that this could still be argued, but since a lot of people said 'No' people that voted 'Yes' won't get a third server in the near future.

We clearly got an answer! Around 68% would change something!
Here everyone who answered 'Yes' to the previous question could write something, so everything is very different, but I will still include a few opinions.
So here are some :
I would change the administration which is too closed against players and hardly ever players' voice is heard. Game Operators and Moderators are way too biased and do the work as they please, not as they should. Head Admin should change his approach towards players for they are the real power of the game, not HA himself.

3) Completely downgrade the company at half price. (10Gold)"
Balance the map (resources too), make some basic changes as asked by players, and stop wasting time making visual changes.

Of course more done against cheaters/multi users. They should directly ban every one who uses multi, even if it's only one multi for just a couple of days, still perma ban, that might scare some people so they dont use multie's anymore.
Tip for a potential next server, make it a limited gold buy server, so that people who do buy still have some advantage, but not that they can indefinitely buy (jackist)"
Menu design, it looks awful to me, and it would be good to add contracts for company and military units
Most important thing to change right now would be, complet overhaul of work and companys. Company should gain in productivity and value if people are working in them (there shuld be a limit to max worker u can have) and if couple of days u have no workers than productivity drops. There also should be and minimum salary which would be avtomatically calculated daily thrugh prices on market and exchange rates in MM which would rase taxes (MU would be excepted out of this rule, but should pay some MU tax to country per member). An option of contract work would be nice to so people can be hired on a contract for more than just 1 day (example: you apply to a job for a period of 5 days, u get salary when u work, salary can't be reduced during that time and u don't have to travel to country where you have a job). OK thats enaugh for now.
.Current admins giving a crap about people cheating in game, or fire those r-tards and give admin control to a true Swiss citizen, they have always been neutral and are not super biased. Also, loose the graphic designer and the think tank of these horrible promotions. With this last promotion I can feel that all is lost for actual honesty with this game.
I'd like that staff team make some basic changes as asked by players, and stop wasting time making visual changes. I'd like that Admin alow 1 (ONE) friend, 1 (ONCE) a year to take control of your account for 2click mode so we can go on vacations without falling behind...that should do for now
Some more game mechanics for depth. A bit more complexity. Account sitting. Better multi detection.
Unfortunately there is a lot of corruption with GOA GO's etc...
I think admin could put more eyes on them...
And admin should improve the graphics on the server !

Other thing admin should do is more temporary bans , like that and that and that did multis , lets ban them ! That is not fair I think it should be with temp. bans and it would acumulate and the guys that did gold with multis should get a fine to!
Moderators are not allowed to play the game.
Ban every multi user. No exceptions.
Ban scammers. No exceptions.
Remove miss chance.
Too high percentages for crit and avoid damage. Nerf the stats.
The owner of the company must be able to work without pay.
Submitting your presidential elections candidature should cost 5 gold.
Add BH-statistics.
You should be able to sell medkits.
Countries should be able to start multiple wars at the same time.
Remove manual training and make it automatic.
Remove Super Soldier Medal or remake it.
Remove house and estate and remake them as buyable upgrades for your citizen.
You should be able to travel only 4 times per day.
You should be able to create a company to any country without traveling there.
Add ""Are you sure you want to do this?"" message before every purchase, travel, post etc.
Remove the gold reward from Congressman Medal.
Make some of the more 'basic' roles within the game more complex... i.e. More to do!
The game has a lot of business & politics but there are few roles that have a point. Try and create more roles or a larger market that people can get involved in at different levels.
The staff needs a change.
I would change also the map into some much better than the new and the old .
Would give some more power to the old players but not too much so that the difference with the noobs is too big , afterall old players trusted the game and brought more people here
Also the staff should TRY to find the cheaters even if they are gold buyers and not deny strong evidence .
The tasks should have some more effects .
The black color is too moody for such a game , blue would be better .
XP should play bigger role in the game and also the damage of each player .
Military units would be also good to have some changes so that they respond better at fights .
It is too late to remember other insufficiences of the game .

Add a new features including Party Applications, positons, rights (like in MU), coalitions, law voting suggestions (so the party leader or someone with his permission (rank) can click in a outgoing law "Obligate party members to vote: YES/NO".
Also, build-in alliances support, persona non grata feature (so the congress with 3/4th of the votes can suspend someone's citizenship) and much much more.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
