He answers at many important questions: secura admins, Balcan situation, abusing SGO powers, game bugs, translating games, his deleted articles, Polish baby boom and wood-stone problem.
Hello XenosOTK, first, please explain why did you become SGO?
Well i've applied for the GO position when recruitment was open and after some time got promoted to the SGO position
I've decided to apply because i pretty much achieved everything as a player(President,alliance,empire from Ukraine to Spain ;D) And of course to help and aid the gamemakers in assuring this game is moderated at a quality level
We can often hear that primera admins don't have very good opinion for secura admins and that they made mistake by setting admins on secura. How do you comment that?
I wouldnt say that there is some tension or anything similar to 'not very good opinion' We're working very closely and cooperating tohether to make sure our service is better every day. Also a note from me, we have the same 'admin' for both servers - Railman. So the informations you may get about ''admins'' are often false and far from truth. One and only 'admin' = Railman. And not-so-new Community Manager - kMeel.
Do you think that secura operator/admin team need more admins from Balcan because there is lot of tensions in Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and other ex-Yugoslavia countries which often means breaking game rules, like insults which people who don't understand South-Eastern Slavic languages can't understand and punish?
Yes, the Balcan area was always very tense. And we're lacking people that could speak all languages from that area. We're not Alpha&Omegas here in the Staff team. I believe that the current moderation system should be renewed and changed to make sure every country has equal chances of having an insult/spam/vulgarity free shoutbox. I've proposed a change already, with the idea i proposed there would be a place for Shout/Comment/Article moderator for each country. This will allow the GO/SGO/GOA to work just on cheaters/multi/frauds and would mean that all spam/insulting/vulgarity in shoutboxes and articles would be looked after by the new appointed 'moderators'. So what i've proposed is a new staff placing with far less options/tools. (if it was to be accepted then Moderators=>Game Operators=>Super GO=> Game Operator Admin => Admin) We'll see if this gets through and if it does I hope it'll improve the quality of shouts, articles and more importantly level of speech on Secura.
Many players think(they wrote articles, shouts and talk about that on chat) that you are abousing SGO powers. Your comment?
You can't escape such pitiful accusations when you ban people for cheating. A great example would be a case we've dealt with just in this week, after banning about 3 'very much tank' players from Serbia i was accused 100x about an abuse of my powers and 'banned because they're Serbian' So the Serbian players : Xenos Abusing powers. Meanwhile Greek players : Well done Xenos!. few days later It so happened that i Banned 3 big players from Greece. And the people that shouted the most before just changed position, Greee:Xenos bad, Serbia:Xenos good. You offered solution for wood-stone problem. Do you think that this problem will be ever solved?
I can only hope that our game developers will solve this important issue in a way that would satisfy every side of the 'conflict or problem' And hopefully they'll do it very soon.
A lot of SCs, companies etc. are bugged. We are listening few months that it will be fixed soon. When can we really expect that "soon?"
My answer to this will be identical to the one above. We're moderators and we only look after the content of the game. Developers are the ones responsible for bugfixing and developing(ofcourse). I'm sorry on behalf of Staff team that it's taking so long but my hands are tied here...

Can you tell us about some new improvement of the game, can we expect game translating soon?
As far as I'm aware few very nice and useful things are coming soon, I was putting a lot of pressure on developers to introduce contracts for CEOs and contracts for equipment. Hopefully we'll see that coming soon o7. Translation - soon...
Can you tell us what supply do Gloria Victis members get?

Why do you hide supply? Can you at least tell us, do you get q1, q3, or q5 weps, and do you have restocks?
You get what you work for in GV
other than that we have a very good system of cooperating with Polish MoD so it means we're active on battlefields wherever Poland and our Alliance needs us.
Poland had Baby Boom few weeks ago. We can all probably agree that BB failed. Why?
I wouldnt say it failed. Polish community in Secura became more active and few people from the BB are now active both in their MUs and on IRC (GV,VV,Agat2 got more that 15+ babies on-board) BB failure - www.*.* games are less and less popular. And let's be honest here - E-sim doesnt look appealing in the first place. Other huge factor of succesful BabyBoom is language of the game, good example of this would be how active the communities of Latino \o\~ Americans are in Ere*ublik and how small they're in E-sim. Language of the game makes the biggest difference.
Who is the best operator in secura team in your opinion?

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
