Perú a decidido intervenir para proteger y apoyar a nuestros amigos del Norte.
Por ésta situación, los gobiernos de Perú y México acordaron lo siguiente:
(1) Perú asistirá a México en repeler a los estadounidenses en todas las regiones Mexicanas;
(2) México acepta rentar a la Región de "Yucatán Península", a cambio de un pago diario de Perú, del 25% de los impuestos diarios desde Yucatán Península. Además, otorgará 20 PEN (monedas peruanas) semanalmente (en los días 7, 14, 21 y 28 de cada mes);
(3) Perú proveerá a las empresas de manufactura Mexicana, acceso al Programa de Subsidios Peruano, en los mismos términos que tiene con las empresas de manufactura Peruana. (Los empresarios podrán comprar monedas Peruanas (PEN) desde el Banco de Perú en 1 EPN por 0.8 gold, en vez de 1PEN = 1g);
(4) Perú le declarará la guerra a México para obtener "Yucatán Península";
(5) Perú y México mantendrán la "Guerra Abierta", por lo que así Perú podrá reclamar "Yucatán Península" si éste lo Pierde en una "Resistance War".
(6) Perú se compromete a no usar la "Guerra Abierta" para tomar cualquier otro territorio o región Mexicana, diferente de la de "Yucatán Península", a menos que el "Pueblo de México" lo permita. La violación a éste acuerdo será sancionado por 200Gold
(7) México se compromete a no usar la "Guerra Abierta" para invadir y tomar cualquier territorio o región de Perú.
(8) México acuerda en asistir a Perú en las "Resistance War" en "Yucatán Península", en caso de ser abiertas.
(9) Perú asegurará que sus aliados no abrirá ataque a México desde los territorios de E.E.U.U. que hayan de ser ocupados.
Éste acuerdo entrará en vigor el Día 331 a las 0:00 hrs (Asumiendo que éste sea firmado por Peru Org y Mexico Org , y continuará hasta el día 346.
En el día 345, o antes. Los líderes de los gobiernos de Perú y México, negociarán si continuar éste acuerdo después del día 346, así como revisar los términos de éste.
Éste acuerdo no puede ser cancelado, a menos que sea notificado con 3 días de anticipación, ya sea de parte de Perú o México.
For too long, the gringos have oppressed the peace-loving people and pandas of Mexico. Peru has decided to intervene to protect and support our friends to the north. The governments of Peru and Mexico agree as follows:
(1) Peru will assist Mexico in repelling the gringos from all Mexican regions;
(2) Mexico agrees to rent Yucatan to Peru in exchange for a daily payment from Peru to Mexico of 25% of daily tax income from Yucatan plus 20 PEN weekly (on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th of the month);
(3) Peru will provide Mexican manufacturing companies access to the Peru subsidy program on the same terms as Peru manufacturers (Manufacturers can buy PEN from Bank of Peru at 1 PEN = 0.8g instead of 1 PEN = 1g);
(4) Peru will declare war on Mexico to obtain Yucatan;
(5) Peru and Mexico agree to leave the war open so that Peru can reclaim Yucatan if Peru loses the region in an RW;
(6) Peru agrees not to use the open war to take any Mexican territories other than Yucatan without agreement of Mexico, and violation of this provision will result in 200g fine;
(7) Mexico agrees to support Peru in RWs in Yucatan and will not use open war to invade Peru's regions;
(8) Peru will ensure that its allies do not launch an attack against Mexico from occupied USA.
This agreement will go into effect on Day 331 (assuming it is signed by Peru Org and Mexico Org) and will continue until day 346. On or before day 345, the governmental leaders for Peru and Mexico will discuss whether to continue this agreement beyond day 346 and whether to revise the terms. The agreement can be canceled with 3 days notice by either Peru or Mexico.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
