Bonjour à toutes et à toutes, petit Info Def pour clarifier la situation actuelle.
1) Le NAP non signé.
Revenons sur ce NAP, où le gouvernement et surtout moi même ont été très critiqués.
Rapel du contexte, le NAP nous était utile pour pouvoir défendre au mieux les Néerlandais dans leur guerre toujours actuelle contre l'Allemagne.
J'avais eu confirmation que le NAP était accepté, mais leur CP étant en vacances il ne pouvait être signé. J'ai donc décidé de stopper la guerre puisque nous avions un NAP, pour pouvoir nous concentrer sur le front NL, avec quelques belles victoires.
Seulement cela s'est avéré être une fausse information, ou alors il y a eu un changement d'avis, et il n'y a plus de NAP.
2) Guerre franco belge
Plus de NAP, belle transition pour parler maintenant de la guerre franco belge.
La guerre dure maintenant depuis plus de 2 semaines, nous avons d'abord pris 3 régions belges, puis nous les avons perdues, et maintenant la France est attaquée et on a perdu l'Alsace Lorraine, la guerre est en ce moment centré sur Central France.
Je me pose quelques questions...
Encore certains joueurs critiquent le gouvernement sur les mesures adoptées pour mener cette guerre.
Personnellement je pense faire ce qu'il faut pour la gérer, il y a un bonne distribution de pack sur IRC, avec des Tanks etc, FO ne peut pas donner non plus 15G a chaque joueur pour fight donc à ce niveau là je ne vois pas ce qui cloche.
Bien sûr ces packs coûtent cher, et l'économie de guerre que j'ai adopté ne plait pas à tout le monde, mais avec les golds dépensés en pack, j'estime que c'est une bonne solution.
Alors pourquoi perdons nous ?
Sans vouloir dénoncer, je pense que notre défaite militaire est due au manque d'implication des français dans cette guerre.
Peut être que ça choque quelqu'un que je dise ça, parce que vous pourriez penser que je me défile, mais c'est réellement ce que je pense.
Il y a deux semaines, on met plus de 55M pour une bataille italienne, et aujourd'hui, pour défendre l'Alsace - Lorraine les dommages français s'élèvent à 18M ! Alors que l'attaque de notre territoire devrait concerner tout le monde.
Il faudrait donc arrêtez aux économistes de se dire que les autres défendront le pays pendant pendant qu'ils amassent les golds sans taper... Et aux fighters de se dire que 2M à T-2H ça suffira et que les autres géreront le reste !
Peut être que les vacances jouent un peu dans tout ça aussi, mais faiblement je pense (les belges ont aussi des vacances).
Les français ont majoritairement voulu cette guerre, et c'est maintenant qu'il faut le montrer !
Sentez vous concernés, impliquez vous, venez à T-10 sur IRC , et organisons nous.
La prio Fede est pour le moment en NL, donc activons nous un peu en attendant.
Je me doute que cette section Guerre va peut être en énerver certains, mais il est temps d'arrêter de râler, d'arrêter de se demander ce que la France peut faire pour vous, et plutôt vous demander ce que vous pouvez faire pour la France.
3) World War
Je conseille de ne pas taper dans cette World War plus que nécessaire pour l'xp et les quelques achievments (on a peu de chance pour les medkits), cependant je ne peux pas interdire à ceux qui le veulent de taper.
C'est pourquoi les MUs françaises seront set pour l’événement

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
