Places in top 10 made players mostly with high avoid stat, with few maxes.
So I will first list them, with some comments on it, and later tell few more things about equipment and ideas for new articles.
What percent means?
Percent means how much your damage increased with your equipment compared with damage without equipment.
Example: If you can hit 1 milion wihtout equipment, and your equipment set increase you damage for 50%, then you can hit 1,5 milion damage with your equipment.
Other number beside name will show how much that person can hit with q5 weapon, location bonus, MU (elite bonus) with his own strenghet and rank on 155 hit.
So we will start from place 10:

Increasment percent: 81,9453%
Damage with q5/MU/Elite /155/: 4766715
This is one of classic sets here, with 2 miss parameters, 7 avoids and 1 max.
#9Wandutza
Increasment percent: 81,9477%
Damage with q5/MU/Elite /155/: 4487426
As I said, those sets will be classic: and they really are. Although Wandurza doesnt have 40%, he have managed to get above Acoount slightly due higher max. So, set is 2 miss, 7 avoid and max.

Damage with q5/MU/Elite /155/: 4483809
Another set with 2 misses, 7 avoids and 1 max. However JammyPear managed to have avoid on 40%.

Guy who cleverly put his miss on q4 armor, so he achieved 40%. Again we have set with 2 miss, 7 avoid and 1 max. And q4 amor.

So, this is the only guy with same equipment like he had 4 months ago on last list, who still reaches top 10. He was first back then, now he is on 6. position. He has same set like others behind him, 2 miss, 7 avoid and 1max.

The last set with 2 miss, 7 avoids and 1 max, but the best one.

Increasment percent: 86,2%
Damage with q5/MU/Elite /155/: 4582755
So, this is first on the list that dont have 7/10 avoid parameters, and its better than any mentioned before. Why is that?
Because most of sets above have more than 40% avoid, but due the cap on 40% it cant be reached more. So Skull decided to go for one max more instead of avoid, to AVOID more than 40% avoid
So we got now to top 3.

This is the only guy with critical in his set. His high avoid and max stats moved him to third, although has that critical which is, as we all shoud known, one of the worst parameters ingame.

This guy was first for long time, than Huayna came with his set and took his position. Set with some great equipments, so high parameters. Good work, Leonida.

So, apsolutely first place goes to this guy. I doubt that anyone can made better set ever. His set with some hybrid items, WW drops etc., had 40% avoid, but unlike others with 40% which has 1 max more, this guy has 2 maxes, and not normal maxes but 11,27 and 12,5%.
Also his offhand, has 7,12% avoid in just one parameter, which is apsolute record for one item.

So, I hope you liked both, article and list. Its based on mathematical calculations, which is accurately on infinity number of fights. I dont want to start argues, which parameter is the best again. Its obvious that for TOTAL DAMAGE, avoid is the best. But its the most expencive one.
A lot great MU doesnt have avoids in their sets, still they are great. They are hitting t1, t2 so they can hit faster their damage that some with avoid.
Still, at the end of day, those with most avoid stats, will have more damage.
If you think, that you should be on list, ask me to calculate yours percent and damage. I can do that for whole MUs, countries, etc.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
