Have any of you ever wondered about what happens behind the scene? What happens with all the Tax and donations that go into the German Treasury? Like most, you would have heard stories that it is spend on Germany and to better Germany. Now ask yourself the question were have you benefited and what did you get?
Yes there was some defense systems bought, yes we even bought some hospitals and some lucky citizens even got 50-100 Q1 weapons and a Q1 ticket some days during our war with Netherlands. And then there is the rent we pay for Tyrol. But what about the rest? Are we getting in so little tax money?
Now earlier this week some might have noticed that there was a bit of anger in the shouts about a donation law to the MoCI. Now i have been asking these above questions for some time to the CP and his ministers which controls the Org's but never got any straight answer. The money is always used for rent and war and salaries for the MoCI companies.
In the shout i demanded the logs for the MoCI for the last 2 weeks just to get look at what is happening. As a congress member i see this as a duty to make sure German Treasury is handled in the benefit of Germany. For the first time since i remember Nathanel did send me some of the logs (those being the donation logs only).
I have been talking to Nathanel about some queries on the logs i did get things like:

As you can see if you have lower quality supplies you can trade them for better equipment from the MoCI not cost involved. Something i think we all should then have the right to do. And here is Nathanels own words

This was supposedly for salaries for the gift company in Bundeswehr MU which had only one worker. I just wonder why we need to subsidize a worker when products should be sold a profit.I mean i never got gifts as supplies in the war so were did those gifts go? Just to let you know thats 700DEM for one employee in 3 days.
Now i would like to give you some direct quotes from Nathanel in his mail to me.
We'll rise the payment for the workers to get international workers when we have a bigger team.

I stopped selling MoCI products on the local market, because I got criticized for it. Now I'm making the profit for my own and I'm happy with that.
basically it seems Nathanel wants to lower the prices of the private German companies so we make less money. This will be done by subsidizing MoCI with German Treasury which means the private company owner can not compete and this have to kneel down to MoCI and those running it. He also said that he will beat any price on the market probably getting supplies from some subsidized company. Who knows?
I said MoCi is a bank, but I always said that MoCI is a tax generating machine first
Not sure how he figures that when have those employed in the MoCI companies is idle or banned but they dont want to kick them.
He (Shawn) is also not the guy how leads the economy nor designed the concept.
No we leave it to a guy thats been here just over a month.
So this concludes my first article of a few more to come. Don't want to talk to much in one article.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
