Bonjour,
Comme prévu depuis plusieurs semaines déjà, j’annonce ma candidature aux présidentielles du mois de septembre.
Mon programme est à la fois simple et concret, celui-ci est porté par une ligne directrice ainsi que par d’autres objectifs de long terme, dont certains découlent et dépendent directement de la la ligne directrice (le projet/l’objectif principal).
Cependant comme dans tout mandat qui se respecte, des modifications ainsi que des évolutions sont à prévoir (au cours du mandat).
Économie:
Nous retrouvons dans cette catégorie la tâche principale.
En effet la préoccupation principale de mon gouvernement et moi même est l’organisation française “FO”, difficile de pouvoir mettre en place des projets si derrière il n’y a aucuns moyens de financement, c’est pourquoi la gestion est plus qu’importante.
Les sociétés détenues par FO recruterons de nouveau des salariés, et une partie de la production sera destiné à la vente afin de faire croître les fonds, divers projets seront également mis en place (toujours dans l’optique de récupérer un maximum de Golds), par ailleurs le gouvernement stabilisera le JM et MM en proposant des offres, une régularisation de certains produits présents sur le PM (marché français) sera de vigueur afin d’éviter tout monopole.
Alliance et Guerre(s):
Rien de nouveau, notre loyauté étant notre meilleur atout, nous sommes et resterons dans LTWT.
La France a déjà fait ses preuves au sein de fédération en tant qu’allié présent et dévoué, nous ferons de même ce mois-ci dans notre nouvelle alliance, par ailleurs aucuns conflits impliquant directement la France n’est prévu.
Militaire:
Dans cette catégorie il est question des MUs étatiques; des évolutions ainsi que des modifications sont à prévoir.
Concernant FsF, un SS de dépannage sera proposé dans un premier temps afin de ne pas laisser les joueurs sur la paille, bien entendu celui-ci évoluera, mais il évoluera en fonction des disponibilités de FO. Nous souhaitons faire de FsF à l’avenir la mu réservée à l’élite française (joueurs actifs).
Concernant toutes les MUs étatiques un changement important à prévoir, les SS ce récupéreront directement via irc (ou même skype pour ceux qui le souhaite), afin de pouvoir coordonner les frappes ainsi que les dommages occasionnées et commencer à gagner enfin des rounds (pour les batailles nous verrons plus tard
).

Aucun minSol ne sera désigner, nous souhaitons mettre en place une équipe dynamique charger d’assurer le recrutement sur le long terme, jusqu’à présent les BB lancés ont tous échoués, cependant la traduction française du jeu est “prête”, une fois celle-ci en place un BB sera de nouveau essayé via Guerre Tribale, mais de nouvelles pistes de recrutement sont à prospecter, afin d’assurer la prospérité de notre communauté.

Une équipe composée de 6 joueurs a été créer il y a moins d’une semaine, afin de traduire e-sim en français, toutefois seulement la version d’essai est disponible. Certains mots, certaines pages ont été traduit depuis ainsi que beaucoup de fautes corrigées, cependant les rectifications ne sont pas encore prise en compte.

From several weeks now, I announce my candidacy for president elections in September.
My program is simple and practical, it’s supported by a guideline and, as well, as other long-term goals, some of which depend directly of this guideline (the project/main goal).
However, as in any self-respecting mandate, changes and developments are to be expected (during the office).
Economy:
The main task is in this category.
In fact, the main concern of my gouvernement and of my-self is the french organization : “FO”. It’s difficult to implement projects if there isn’t any funding, so the management is very important.
Companies owned by FO will recruit new employees, and part of the production will be for sale to grow the economic fund, various projects will be set up (always with a view to recovering a maximum of Golds) otherwise the government will stabilize the Job Market and Monetary Market in adding public offers, a regularization of some products on the PM (french market) will be force to avoid monopoly.
Alliance and War(s):
Nothing new, our loyalty is our greatest asset, we are and we remain in LTWT.
France has already proven within this federation as an ally and dedicated, we will do the same this month in our new alliance, also no conflicts directly involving France is expected.
Military:
In this category there is a question of state MUs, developments and changes are expected.
For FsF, a SS of troubleshooting will be offered initially in order not to let the players on the straw, of course it will evolve, but evolve according availability of FO. In the future, we want to make of FsF the MU reserved for the French Elite (active players).

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
