1.Pomocou programu rozbehnut system udelovania dotacii kazdemu hracovi bijuceho ci uz v slovenskej alebo aliancnej bitke.
Kazdy sme boli svedkami javu takzvaneho „cakania na dotacie“, tento jav nastaval zvycajne den potom ako sa rozdavali dotacie od statu. Jav spocival v tom, ze ak hrac dostal den predtym dotacie na bitku, tak cakal (spoliehal sa) ze ich opet dostane aj na druhy den a preto si radsej setril svoje limity pre pripad, ze by stat opet zacal rozdavat dotacie. To viedlo k tomu, ze nakoniec v slovenskych bitkach skoro nikto nebojoval a kazdy len setril limity.
Tomuto javu by som chcel zabranit tym, ze by zo statnej kasy chodili pravidelne (kazdy tyzden) dotacie do MU za ich damage.
Vsetko by malo fungovat nejako takto:
Dotacie budu hradene zo statnych dani (cez Slovakia Org zatial v maximalnej vyske 100g tyzdenne) a budu posielane pravidelne kazdy tyzden do jednotlivych MU. System bude nastaveny tak, ze nebude treba bit len koncom kola – t2, ale hrac dostane zaplatene aj ked bil napriklad t60. Jedinou podmienkou bude, aby nebil do overkillu.
Uvediem priklad: Prebieha bitka (napr. t60) medzi Slovenskom a Svajciarskom. Damage na strane Slovenska je 5milionov a na strane Svajciarska 5milionov. Sucet dmg je teda 10milionov, pre tento sucet damagu bude povoleny overkill vo vyske 1milion, takze kazdy dmg na slovenskej strane do hodnoty 6mil bude hracovi(hracom) preplateny, nakolko v tej chvili ked hraci bili nebol v bitke overkill.
Mozno to znie trochu zlozito, ale nas ciel je aby hraci nemuseli nutne cakat na T2 (nie vsetci maju na to cas), a zaroven aby Slovensko zbytocne nepreplacalo damage ktory nebol potrebny.
Priblizne takto by mohli vypadat povolene overkilly (v danej chvili):
- pre sucet dmg do 10mil – povoleny overkill 1mil - pre rozpetie dmg od 10-20mil – povoleny overkill 2mil - pre rozpetie dmg od 20-30mil – povoleny overkill 3mil - pre rozpetie dmg od 30-50mil – povoleny overkill 4mil - pre rozpetie dmg od 50 – 100mil – povoleny overkill 6mil - pre rozpetie dmg od 100 – 200mil – povoleny overkill 7.5mil - nad 200mil – povoleny overkill 9mil
Kedze ale Slovensko chce, aby damage, ktory hraci dali aj vyhral bitku, bude tento damage rozdeleny na tzv. "vitazny damage" a "nevitazny damage". Cize ak da hrac Jozef napr. 2mil (nie do overkillu) a nakoniec to kolo skonci vyhrou, tak sa jeho damage vynasobi koeficientom 1. Cize za 2mil damagu dostane napr. 2g. Ak vsak da hrac Jozef 2mil dmg, ale nakoniec to okolo skonci prehrou, tak sa jeho damage vynasobi koeficientom 0.7 cize za svoj damage dostane napr. 1.4g.
Kazdy MU leader bude mat pristup na google docs, do ktoreho budu raz, alebo dva krat do tyzdna stahovane tieto udaje aj s menami hracov a s poctom vitazneho/nevitazneho damagu, takze MU leader bude hned vidiet komu poslat kolko goldov za jeho damage.
2. Pokracovat v tazeni na Svajciarov a donutit ich zaplatit pokutu za poruseny NAP.
Ano iba toto su jedine dva podstatne body mojej kandidatury a ked ich splnim tak budem spokojny

Activities in this game are divided into several modules.
First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you
will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress
as a fighter.
You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which
are owned by the state.
After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your
own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock
company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics
in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes.
From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability
to run for the head of the party you're in.
You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws
proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself.
Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you.
You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential
elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state
(for example, who to declare war on).
Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have
a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military.
In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control
over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials.
For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have
to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on
their territory.
You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life
as a pacifist
who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling
products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
