大家好，首先我要感謝各參與了這次的總統大選。能夠被選為台灣的總統是我的榮幸，希望我們能夠一起讓台灣變得更美好。目前我的施政規畫包含經濟、國防以及刺激我國的活躍度和發展，但首先，我想向各位介紹我的內閣：
副總統：
職責：國民保持良好關係。
權力：授權進入IRC 總統頻道和Taiwan Org
國防部長：
職責：給予總統有關台灣軍事事宜之建議、規劃戰略以及統籌戰力。
權力：授權進入ROC 國防部、在戰爭期間發放由國防部提供的補給、授權進入IRC 總統頻道。
副國防部長：
職責：給予國防部長有關戰略之建議、在總統及國防部長缺席時統籌戰力。
權力：授權進入國防部急IRC 總統頻道。
外交部長：
職責：與我們的盟友保持接觸和公開地對話，爭取新的軍事共防條約，告知總統在國際事務中的新發展。
權力：授權進入IRC 總統頻道
副外交部長：
職責：協助外交部長。
經濟部長：
職責：穩定新台幣、管理匯率市場、提供台灣政府和國軍的資金以及最後，編列九月的施政預算。
權力：授權進入中央銀行、Taiwan Org和IRC總統頻道。
副經濟部長：
職責：向經濟部長提供建議、管理匯率市場以及複查預算。
權力：同經濟部長。
移民署長：
職責：對希望歸化台灣國籍的人進行訪談、審理歸化國籍申請以及提醒總統被PTO的可能性。
權力：授權進入IRC總統頻道。
副移民署長：
職責：對希望歸化台灣國籍的人進行訪談以及提醒移民署長被PTO的可能性。
我們目前正在建設繁體中文的維基，感謝維基團隊成員的付出和成果！(特別感謝
經濟方面，我的行政部門正用心地強化新台幣和整體市場。我們將會在這個月內針對細節進行更新，現階段我們正致力於將台灣營造成更完美的家園！
軍事方面，我們順利囤積補給並且在各方面協助我們的同盟國、和LTWT協調我方火力。我們也為了預防Dynasty的入侵而加強國土防禦工事。再次強調，希望各位能夠確實遵循軍團指令，這對台灣以及我們在e-sim世界中的地位而言非常重要。
一旦維基建置完成，我們將會規劃一波新人潮，希望從而大幅提高我國人口，在初始人口增長的條件下，我們將可以提供新人物資，並協助他們以最高的效益從事戰鬥。在完整漢化遊戲後，我們會重複上述步驟。而屆時我相信我國人口將得到飛越性的提升並在世界舞台中更具有份量。我們一再強調維基建置和遊戲漢化的理由很單純，每當我們招募台灣人來e-sim時總被問及：「這個遊戲有中文介面嗎？」

Hello all,
First I would like to thank everyone who participated in the presidential elections. It is a great honor to be elected as President of our fine country, and with you help, I hope to make Taiwan even better. My administration currently has economic, military and activity boosting plans in development, but first, I would like to introduce to you my Cabinet:
Vice President (VP):
Responsibilities: Maintain good contact with the Public.
Privileges: Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private) Access to Taiwan Org
Minister of War (MOW):
Responsibilities: Advising President on current military matters pertaining to Taiwan, planning offensive/defensive strategies, coordinate strikes.
Privileges: Access to ROC Ministry of Defense Org, allotment of Weapons and Food for distribution in the event of Military Campaigns or Defensive needs, found in the MOD Org. Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private)
Vice-Minister of War (V-MOW):
Responsibilities: Advising Minister of War on current events and wars, coordinating strikes in the absence of President and MOW.
Privileges: Access to ROC Ministry of Defense Org, Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private)
Minister of Foreign Affairs:
Responsibilities: Maintaining contact and open dialogue with our allies, securing new MPPS, informing the President of new developments in World Affairs.
Privileges: Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private)
Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs:
Responsibilities: Aiding MOFA in updating the President of world events, Maintaining contact with Allies, securing renewal of MPPS.
Privileges: Access to Presidential IRC Channel
Minister of Finance:
Responsibilities: Stability of the Taiwan Dollar (TWD), Maintaining Monetary Market offers, Financing Government of Taiwan and the National Taiwan Army, and finally record and submit finance budget of Taiwan for the month of September.
Privileges: Access to Central Bank of Taiwan Org and Taiwan Org, Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private)
Vice Minister of Finance:
Responsibilities: Advising MOF on Taiwanese Economic Affairs, Maintaining Monetary Market offers. Review Budget of Taiwanese government.
Privileges: Access to Taiwan Org and Central Bank of Taiwan Org, Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private)
Minister of Immigration:
Responsibilities: Interviewing Immigrants who wish to gain Taiwanese citizenship, accept/decline citizenship requests, and inform the President of any possible PTO elements.
Privileges: Access to Presidential IRC Channel (Private)
Vice Minister of Immigration:
Responsibilities: Interviewing Immigrants who wish to gain Taiwanese citizenship, inform Minister of Immigration of any possible PTO suspects.
We currently have our Traditional Chinese Wiki in development, thanks to the development team for all their hard work and effort! (Specifically:
Economically, my administration is diligently working on strengthening the TWD and our market economy as a whole. We will be posting updates later on in the month pertaining to the specific details of this, but for now, know that we are working hard on making Taiwan a more perfect place to call home!
Militarily, we are doing well in saving up supplies and helping our allies in any way we can, as well as coordinating our attacks with LTWT. We are also placing defensive fortifications on our homeland in case of Dynasty aggression. As a final note, please everyone follow your Military Unit’s Orders, as they are important for the betterment of Taiwan and our standing in the World of e-Sim!
Once the Wiki is fully completed, We will organize for a potential Babyboom, which hopefully will dramatically increase our population, as after the initial population increase, we will have food and weapons for our new players to use, as well as trainers whom will teach them how to fight with maximum efficiency. Upon completion of the in game translation of E-sim to Traditional Chinese, we will repeat this process. This, I believe will dramatically increase our population and make us even more a potent force on the World Stage. The reason that my administration emphasizes the importance of translation and the wiki is simple; the most common question we are asked in recruiting Taiwanese to e-Sim is unarguably “does the game have Traditional Chinese interface?”

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
