Hello,
As you all know I took over Croatia in really hard situation. Me and my team gave our best to get our core regions back. 3 days we were 24hours online organizing Croatia, trying to fix relations inside Croatia and Dynasty alliance. We were new team leading Croatia, we didnt had any dirt on our names, old rivals or sth so we were able to bring back some Croatian MU-s that left Croatia, get some Croats to fight for their country like they did before.Other thing i tried to do was improve our relations inside Dynasty. At beginning i taught i managed it but I was wrong or its usually how Dynasty works. They said that Croats are never on chat, that we only come when we ask for help
So this last 3 days i was online there...and it was fu**ing waste of time to be honest!!! No communication at all!!!!! First I was insulted by one leader without even any reason for it. He called me ''crotard''and I was pissed, he saw me for 30seconds without any reason starts insulting me and when I asked him why he said ''Its how I call Croats''...Thats 1st thing i didnt like in Dynasty (NO RESPECT!), but I showed him that I will not tolerate that so he stoped. Thats not even main reason why I'm pissed at Dynasty. Its organization! THERE IS NONE! No talk on channel, no plans nothing...when I ask sth only one or two ppl would say few words...I taught..ok maybe its cuz I'm new but than i send and some progress was done...but not much...About Dynasty support in CC...well first lets take a look at total dmg in Central Croatia battle. TOTAL DMG IN CROATIA
As you can see we done 60millions dmg more than Slovenia, but we lost...why? Well its bad organization done by Dynasty.

Working Place So my point off all this is that we really put in hard work, gave very best off our self and failed...yes i know you cant win always, but this one could be easy win if some heads in Dynasty gave just 10% of work that we putted in. And here i come back to chat of Dynasty. Told them several times that this is very important for Croatia to defend CC, cuz Ltwt gave their 100% in that battle and if they lost, Serbs would had to agree to our NAP offer that we gave them, but now they will be one who put in conditions. We wasted 2 much gold on this war, lost again our main region that gives Croatia biggest % of Income and we even had action called ''1gold for Cro org'' so our citizens as well gave their best investing gold to finance this wars. I don't remember last time that some country was financing 90% of DMG done by all their MU-s, we even gave Food/Gift/Wep to some people outside of Croatia that wanted to help us.
So yes im very pissed at this ''alliance''. Wasted time asking them for help, no one gave any word that they will put in their best. It looks like they just placed MU-s orders on Central Croatia as there was no important battles except Central Croatia. Yes Poland done biggest dmg in battle, but 50millions of it was done in one round that was heavy overkill, round before Day Change so you know why they done it...What I really cant understand is how is it possible that you do 50millions in 23:35hours and next day you cant place that same DMG on T-2...First they said ''its early ppl are still sleeping'' but it was around 12:00Hours, so i said ok that some lame excuse but ok...but later didn't see any change...they probably saved again for 23:30Hours dmg...Some people should be replaced in that alliance and new people should represent their Country's in alliance!!! First, all in Dynasty must understand that priority is to save your allies CORE REGION before INVADING other Country's territory...Like Greece, they didn't care for war in Central Croatia, for them attack on Macedonia was more important. So Greece better remember the days when Croatia was there for you, cuz if I stay CP in next month for sure I will not help your Country. Greece lives on old fame, they used to be strong country but this days no use from them.
Croats didn't had plans of leaving Dynasty like you said we did, if that is reason why you didn't put some work in helping us then you are all ******** (put in any insult you like
) Its not my problem that some ex CP's had some plans cuz they didnt like Dynasty and you cant judge me and other Croats cuz of it...To be honest after this fail in Central Croatia I was ready to leave it as well but its not on me to do it. As i was not elected by most votes, I became CP when

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
