Patience is a virtue
Something I've been thinking about a region with wood and stone, the way to get the best use of resources ....so far its quite bad for countrys with them.
Ofcorse stronger countrys with stone/wood can go on counqest and get some other high region ,but others with low population and strenght cant .
So suddenly came to me ....(some wicked music in the background)
Regardless of the number of people in the state, each state has congress with 20 players( well active one )
Also so far congress members dont have lot to do,few laws and thats it .
I hope u will agree that its needed to have more work.
This brings me to my ideas, which will connect the two things in an interesting, new and useful thing.
As i can see this building is useless in e-sim,and nobody want to work with them
Here we can see them on market :
Point of hospital in e-sim is like having hollow showel on fishing trip ..or something like that ,currently nothing better comes to my mind as joke
So I suggest to replace the hospital in to monument product

Yeah ... It was made in paint, not something overly slick but you know what I mean
Point of that is :
It is a monument which u set in the region you own ,with that if someone want to start RW it will cost more.
5 levels of item as ususal q1,q2,q3,4,q5
q1-add 10g
q2-add 15g
q3-add20g
q4-add 25g
q5-add 30g
it add that amount of gold on cost of rw.
The second part is the role of congress in this production.
This company will be added on every Nation Org as q1.Only congress members will have option to work there.
It will be added button fot that action ,not as employe but as action such as Political Speech

Number of cost for 1 monument ...i put that numbers for q1 ....example
For q2-lets say 10k of stone/wood....
This way it will needed more raw in stone and wood ,every country will need to have that type of company in countries with high region.
One day of work of one congress member will produce 0.01%
so math will be :
20 members x 0.01=20% of monument
In 5 day product is finish if every one worked.
Dev team should calculate best amount of raw for product,maybe higher or lower number i wont mind
Placeing monument will be added just like ds ....congress vote to place it in region.
If region fall ,monument is destroyed.
By my opinion this idea is good because congress members got one more thing to do ,allways good to see something to do and its new thing in game.
Countries with high stone/wood got more companys and profit.
Also adding new achievement: Sculptor for everyone who worked in monument company
Adding small changes like this will keep players in e-sim.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
