We decided to make an article about Ticket System overall because not so many players use it.
What is it?
What is it purpose? And more...
Ticket system is divided into 2 major sections.
1. Section is about:
*Payment problem
*Moderation Appeals
*Report Stolen Account or Sold Account
*Game Operator Complaint
*Ban Appeals
For this kind of problems you will need to talk with Game Operators, Super Game Operators , and Game Operator Administrator or if you do not have time to wait them on IRC you can simply submit ticket Here and wait patiently for their answer ( most of answer you will recive via email, so check your inbox after you submit report) .
2. Section is about bugs, your ideas and more.
Here you can help us improve game by giving us your own ideas , suggestions, looking for bugs and any other contributions to e-Sim. Report here
But when you find a bug there is a chance that you wont get Tester Medal for it, because we will only give Tester Medals to players who are really giving their effort and dont have just 1 report but many of them. Also if you help community in some other way you can be also rewarded with Tester.
If we get very dangerous bug report we will nominate it for award for sure, but small bugs and graphic one wont be awarded if they are reported only 1 time, so you will need more reports about that. When we see that you are giving your best in looking them reward will come.
When you report a bug we need as much as printscreens can you take about that and clear English language in order to fix it and understand it properly.
Common problems:
" I reported a bug but my report is missing. "
If you reported some bug be sure your report is not missing.
When we receive report there are6 things that can happen with your report.
1. Every report that is submited is counted as NEW
which means they are not touched yet by us.
2. After bug report we check if that report has been reported before if the answer is YES we close it as duplicate
and you cant be awarder with TM, only the first report might get it, all others will be closed as DUPLICATE
3. Your report can be rejected
if we found out that there is nothing wrong and everything works right.
4. Your report can be marked as expired
for example if you send us report and dont explain it good and we ask you question in a comment and you dont answer after maybe a month we will close it as "expired" .
5. If we find out that your report is really a bug we will put it on pending and it will look like
which mean it`s waiting to be fixed and it will probably took a time.
6. After the bug is fixed your ticket will be marked as "Closed"

So far there has been 4456 ~ reports and it need`s a lot of time for all problems to be fixed.
So what we want now from you is next.
Write bellow in comments what are your top problems in this game, what you dont like, what you think should be changed etc.. We want to hear your opinion even if there is new sever SUNA we will not forget about Primera and Secura
If we counted right for the first 1500 reports that you all made 500 reports were fixed
others were closed as "rejected" or "duplicate" and there were only 3 reports that are on pending and still waiting to be fixed, so when you see overall picture programers are really doing great hard job!
I couldnt count all 4500 reports but stats are preety much same, there are more tickets that are not fixed but they will fix them soon
TIP about mission 42: Deplete all your limits in order to receive mission reward.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
