Radove na crpljenju nafte, potvrde li se nalazi istraživanja, trebali bi početi krajem 2014. godine.
Predstavnici Shella su nakon iskazanog zanimanja u memorandumu o razumijevanju prije dvije godine potvrdili da su zainteresovani za posao koji bi za Federaciju BiH mogao biti značajniji čak i od ulaska u Evropsku uniju.
Trhulj je objasnio kako se Federacija BiH odlučila da pri tome podijeli ovaj entitet na dva dijela u smislu dodjeljivanja koncesija za crpljenje nafte na njenom sjeveru u području Posavine, te na područje Dinarida, s obzirom da se radi o dva posve potencijalno različita geomorfološka područja.
Samo kompanija poput Shella čija je prošlogodišnja zarada od crpljenja nafte i plina te njihove prerade i prodaje širom svijeta iznosila 26 milijardi dolara može ući u tako zahtjevni i složeni posao. Samo za istraživanje na nekoliko lokacija na potezu Dinarida od Bihaća - Glamoča - Livna - Tomislavgrada - Mostara - Neuma potrebno je izdvojiti najmanje 700 miliona dolara, što je više od polovine Budžeta FBiH. Naime, procjene govore da se zalihe nafte na području Dinarida nalaze na dubini od četiri do osam kilometara.
Cijena jedne takve bušotine se kreće između 50 i 80 miliona dolara.
A da bi se potvrdilo kao potentno nalazište te da bi mu se odredio obim, najmanje je potrebno napraviti pet bušotina. Predstavnici Shella su vlastima Federacije BiH dostavili i izvještaj o do sada napravljenom poslu u posljednje dvije godine.
Prikupili su i digitalizovali svu dokumentaciju o ranijim istraživanjima nafte koja se provode posljednjeg vijeka na ovome području. Iskoristili su i nalaze kompanija INA, NIS-a i američke kompanije Amoco te su stvorili tzv. data room za što je utrošeno oko tri miliona evra.
Ministar Trhulj kaže kako se tek sada može govoriti o početku ozbiljnijeg pristupa u istraživanju nafte.
U međuvremenu je prihvaćen i stupio je na snagu Zakon o istraživanju i eksploatisanju nafte i plina na području Federacije BiH, čime su se stvorile pretpostavke za jednostavniju dodjelu koncesije za istraživanje. Vlasti u Federaciji će najdalje do početka 2014. angažovati međunarodne konsultante te uspostaviti sedmočlanu komisiju iz oba doma federalnog Parlamenta i Vlade koje bi započelo pregovore sa Shellom oko istraživanja i kasnijeg crpljenja nafte.
Ti pregovori ne bi trebali trajati duže od pola godine nakon čega bi krenulo istraživanje.
Iz dviju bušotina koje su pravljene kod Mostara u području Drežnice neposredno prije rata jasno se naziru tragovi nafte, no mašine do sada nikada nisu bušile dovoljno duboko kako bi se otkrili podzemni bazeni.
Do sada su potvrđena četiri od pet sigurnih pokazalaca postoji li na određenom području nafta u oblastima Dinarida. Samo fizički nije zabušeno i crno zlato nije poteklo iz utrobe zemlje na kamenjaru.
U međuvremenu su dobijeni i identični rezultati istraživanja o tlu s onima iz Albanije i juga Italije u mjestu Val Diagra gdje postoji jedno od najvećih nalazišta nafte u Evropi.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
