昨天我們已經通過了所有的稅制變更法案，降低所有項目之所得稅、增值稅及原料部分之進口稅，並提高了鐵、武器、食物、禮物及機票的進口稅。同時政府已經額外採購大量的 Q1 武器、Q5 食物、Q5 禮物及 Q5 機票，也將視需求持續維持這些物資在市場上的數量以應付即將到來的戰爭消耗，並藉由這種方式回收目前市場上過多的 TWD，因此，在戰爭期間內政府不會發放任何物資補助，所有戰爭所需的物資請至市場購買，唯一發放補助的條件是當 Taiwan 本土遭受到攻擊且無法經由外交手段停止戰爭時。
由於政府強勢介入國內市場經濟，雖然使得平均民生物價下跌，然而目前的情況並不影響國內民眾進口或販賣物資的利潤，所有的物資在稅後所得價格仍然略高於稅改之前，包含 Q1 武器。但是由於這次經改的目的是回收 TWD，所以若因市場上由國民或他國人民販售的物資數量造成政府物資無法順利銷售時，政府將會持續壓低物價或者重新提高增值稅以確保能夠回收所有從玩家手上釋出的 TWD。
當然我並不是要求所有國內的武器都必須外銷，也因此對於這個情況也早就規劃好了對應的配套措施：
一旦政府的武器銷售價格，於稅後所得低於稅改前時，政府便會以稅改前之稅後價格採購國內人民設廠所產出的武器，以 Q1 武器來說，每單位收購價格為 0.0263g。因此，你可以自行選擇繼續在國內販售武器或外銷，這次經改並不影響商人的利潤。
而對一般民眾來說，物價變低代表能夠採購的物資量變多，但是我必須提醒一件事，長久以來台幣的匯率價格是藉由多次的印鈔來穩定的，而這些鈔票已經有超過 90% 不在政府手中，這代表一但貨幣開始回流市場，台幣的價格就會開始逐步下滑，因此原本也許頗有價值的台幣將會變得越來越沒有價值，這個狀況會使得你手上的台幣可購買的物資比經濟改革前還來得少，而在我任內，央行並沒有打算阻止台幣的貶值，所以請在這段期間內把你手上的錢拿出來花花。
對新人來說，市場上的物價也許還是無法讓新人負荷戰時的需求，因此對於 Day 413 出生後且經驗值達三百以上的新人，將提供管道給予政府採購價格之申購。我不介意有人委託符合規定的新人採購政府物資，因為會有數量限制，但是如果被我發現採購來的物資是拿來在國內販售的話，在我任內永久取消有關人士的採購及任何申補資格。
同時，原物料進口稅的降低也是鼓勵外商進口國內缺乏的各類原料，這樣有興趣設廠的人民也可以考慮到國外適當的地點設置各類工廠來彌補國內其他物資的缺乏。這樣的好處是你不用再額外購買外幣移到動其他地方購買原料，只是提供給台幣流動的另外一個管道，雖然效果也許不大。
關於稅改及市場經濟的部分大概就到這邊結束，最後一步將會是調整國內勞工人力的分布，結束後政府就可以從國內市場中抽手了，否則隨著國內活躍人口的增加、新人的成長及更多新人的加入，對物資的需求只會有增不減。如果不採取以上的措施，照目前的市場需求，我們必須每週至少印出一萬台幣投入市場，同時政府持有的總貨幣比例會因為越來越快速的複印台幣及用來支付兩大軍團的高額薪資而加速減少。

我們沒有任何一個有效的方式去調查現在貨幣的所在之處，無法知道到底是被死人拿著還是活人拿著，也無法得知是在本國人手上還是外國人手上。有人建議我去做問卷調查，我誠心的覺得這是在開我玩笑 .....
Anyway, 如果只是少數人希望台灣有些不一樣，那我想做這些事情勞師動眾的沒什麼意義，學學歷代祖宗無為而治我也樂得輕鬆。如果這是共識，那不好意思，該痛的還是得痛，我願意出來帶頭做，但是不表示我是出來給人找麻煩，有想法可以早點說，有意見可以早點講，有問題可以早點問，政見早就寫在那了。
我沒有辦法每天花時間寫報紙或者一一回答所有疑問，而很多問題的解答其實自己下點功夫就能找到了，這遊戲的邏輯沒多難。
但是麻煩不要一直想把現實生活中通用的理論套用到遊戲裡來，兩者的基礎有很大的不同，這樣做的結果只會限制你的想法跟邏輯，反而無法找到正確的方法去解決遊戲中的經濟問題。
最後，對於議員給我的一些建議，我同意在要求議員提出法案時應該先與議員們討論，但是難處在於這二十位議員每天上線的時間不一樣，我也不知道你們什麼時候才會出現，議會也沒有任何一個統一的管道給我讓我能夠一次表示我的政策與需求，我也不可能花時間一個一個拜訪討論，所以對我來說最簡單的方式就是直接找個已經認同我的計劃議員去提案，剩下的留給你們自己討論。
議會不歸我管，要怎麼去籌畫議會的組織與議程是議會的事情，我不想介入議會告訴這些議員們該做什麼，搞得我好像土皇帝一樣，覺得我幹不好就彈劾我，覺得我做錯了還不認錯就彈劾我，不用客氣。
從我回到這個遊戲到現在，有人說另外弄個中文 Wiki 比較好，我就弄了一個中文 Wiki；有人說該來個新人潮，我就去寫了一堆招募文跟教學文；有人說需要一個台灣人當總統，但是這一大群台灣人中沒有人想當所以叫我來接；有人說這國家有些問題要我幫忙解決；有人說我們需要一個論壇 ......
這國旗不是我家家徽，這國家要變得更富強也不是我一個人的責任，這些改革計劃如果沒有全體國民的配合也無法成功，貨幣回收速度太慢一樣得繼續印鈔，前功盡棄，那麼之後經濟怎麼爛、環境怎麼差就是共業。
國民不認同可以 quit、議員不認同可以辭職，那總統呢？
我不想再像隔壁棚那樣花了一堆時間、精神弄出來的東西，幾個月後被人概括否定，最後搞的跟沒做過一樣。
所以如果你不想這樣做，麻煩請大聲說出來，不要又在底下竊竊私語散布謠言。
如果議員不想投同意票，請直接 Vote No，不想贊同也不想反對也不表達意見直接辭職是新潮流作風嗎？
請議會跟全國國民們想辦法去討論個共識出來給我吧，要改革還是維持之前的狀況請在這幾天給我知道，如果需要舉辦公投也沒有問題，總統有提起公投法案的權限，可以玩玩看。
而在我得到確定的答案前所有計劃會停擺，包含停止對馬來西亞的宣戰，物資也會即刻從市場上撤下，央行不夠錢維持匯市狀況時，我會提請議會決定要不要印鈔，稅率請議員自行決定是否要修改為舊制稅率，所有政策依照過去政府處理方式辦理。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
