很抱歉在這如火如荼的戰爭時期 ，我必須對國民們提出我的辭職信，
因此，請議會盡速從議員之中推舉一位代表做為新總統，然後同意對我的彈劾案 。
新總統只能從現任議員中選出，每天只要能夠在出門上班上課前開個新戰場就可以了，條件簡單人人能做，
如果這麼簡單的條件都沒人能滿足，那說實話也不是我的問題了，因為我也需要過現實生活。
接著我會試著說明辭職的原因，請各位諒解。
國家的經濟正面臨著隨時都可能崩潰的危機，而我不清楚到底有多少人了解這點，不論是歷屆政府、總統或者是議員，甚至是那些曾經位居行政核心的資深玩家。
在這段期間中，我能夠看得出來國內有不少玩家都對時下台灣的狀況具有許多見解，先不論對錯，但是這些見解在過去的日子裡從來沒有被提出過，我無法理解原因是什麼，也無法理解為什麼這些人從來不願意出來帶領國家，更無法理解為什麼這些意見只這幾天裡如雨後春筍般冒出。
舉幾個簡單的例子，有議員知道政府應該掌握國內貨幣發行量的 50% 左右，那為什麼現在的政府會淪落到連 10% 都沒有？有議員認為販賣國家物資應該做妥善記錄，那為什麼過去同樣的行為沒有被檢視？國會沒有議長、議員鮮少出席會議、政府人力永遠不足、有想法的人不願意做事、出來做事的人卻無法施展、政策不願意配合，大多數人只願意在底下指指點點，自己玩開心就好，這些人有什麼理由要求他人該做些什麼？
有些意見對我來說真的毫無價值，例如，我不能接受要事先找人討論的理由是為了防止國會、我的內閣或者是國內其他玩家扯後腿，今天這個國家是所有國民的，扯總統後腿的用意是什麼？請問我找一個對這個政策不能給我更好建議的人討論做什麼？我不想浪費我的時間，更不想浪費你的時間。
很多時候，討論或溝通並沒有辦法解決問題，也許這能夠解決人與人之間的問題，但是無法解決國家的問題。
舉例來說，馬來西亞的戰爭案原本在我的預想下是與對方建立軍演的合作關係，因為我國不需要任何馬來西亞的土地，而我們與對方也沒有深仇大恨需要到佔領對方領土。我不知道如果當我們要與其他國家戰爭時，被馬來西亞扯後腿時比較嚴重，還是我沒有與那些與不了解國內情勢的人討論政策時被扯後腿來的嚴重。
正如同我曾經說過，不要嘗試把現實中通用的經濟理論套用在這個遊戲世界一樣，麻煩請不要把現實中才會出現的政治鬥爭拿來這個遊戲中，如果你喜歡搞政治鬥爭，如果你喜歡扯總統後腿，如果你不想讓台灣更加強大，請自便。
但是也有許多意見讓我注意到我疏漏掉的地方，這些才是真正一個國家需要的，而不是那些口水、阿諛奉承、虛偽做作的行為，如果你喜歡被捧 LP，找個會捧你 LP 的人當總統吧。
我無意譴責或責備任何人，國家會需要改革，就是因為出了問題、生了病，有看過癌症病人跟醫生討價還價要什麼時候該做化療的嗎？我也是一般人，不是二十四小時都有空，一個人有一個問題我就得額外花一、兩個小時去解釋、溝通、討論，一個舊問題又會引發其他人新的問題，循環下去我什麼都不用做，整天解釋跟討論就夠了，我沒有辦法配合所有人的時間，不要忘記這只是遊戲。
我採取的政策都是緊急措施，NTA 每天得吃掉 1k 的 TWD 當做薪水，加上其他商人必須用來發給的薪資，央行必須每天得提供市場至少 2k 的台幣，你們只留給我不到 8% 的貨幣存量，現在叫我搞自由經濟？指示 NTA 改變薪資跟組織結構結果得到的是再研議這三個字，還得先去找前總統討論？
總統大家都懶得當、議會也不願意推舉議長、沒人要架論壇又懶得上 IRC 討論事情，連問卷表單我都找人幫你們做好了，還是有人不願意填寫，卻要求我與人多討論，要求我該保密的事情該保密，報紙不能寫、shout 不能說，請問我該怎麼做？真的要我天天把錢丟國庫裡給你們看通知來討論機密事項嗎？
多說無益，總結我的辭職理由，我想就套用
我相信我個人的方向、想法跟理念都已經與大多數人背道而馳
我想，你們需要的只是一個有足夠時間與你們討論的總統，而不是一個已經知道該怎麼做的總統。
我必須承認我無法擔任你們心目中理想的那位總統，而我也不想因為這些事情與任何人起爭執，所以最好的方式就是辭職，請議會從議員中推選一位擔任新總統。從彈劾成功到推選新總統需要的時間不會超過一天，這只有一天的空轉時間比起過去三個月政府與議會行屍走肉的狀況相比我想不會影響太多，所以不要把原本自己該負責的責任推到別人身上。
從 Day 413 的新人潮到現在，我覺得我已經做得太多太累了，理解這遊戲的人不多，清楚國家狀況的人更少，可悲的是沒人想做這屎缺，而我力有未逮。很感謝
但是從今天起，我會以自己玩的開心的方式來玩這遊戲，國家就交給別人去救吧，生命會自己找到出路。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
