目前中国新人辈出，整体实力不断攀升，复国指日可待。
下面就说说我对招收新人的几点看法。
一、招收新人的好处：
1、新人通过你提供的“招人连接”注册了ID，升到7级后，你会得到5个Gold。如果新人抢到了奖章，你会额外再得到5个Gold，新人以后每次获得系统奖励的Gold,你都会获得10%的奖励。
2、更重要的是你可以群发新消息给新人，方便你们联系，同时你还会跟新人成为很好的朋友，这游戏里朋友很重要的。
3、通过你提供的“招人连接”注册的新人，他们在7级会得到2个Gold的奖励。
4、你招来新人，对祖国富强做出了卓越的贡献！
二、招收新人的策略
1、招收新人一共有几种形式：
⑴招现实朋友或同学，特点是成活率高，哪怕朋友不玩了，也可以让他帮助你点训练、工作、中国战争的时候给予输出。
⑵在各大论坛网站发布招人信息，但是基数大，成活率底，还需要面对删帖、和谐掉连接等问题。我们重点讨论这第二条。
2、面对网站系统和谐掉你的贴子或者连接的应对办法。
举例，比如说是百度贴吧，一般来讲在你贴吧等级高的贴吧里，系统不会谐掉你的第一个宣传贴（我们下文称第一宣传贴），或者找一个没人的贴吧发一个宣传贴，这个宣传贴将替代你的网站招人连接。也就是说你在其他贴吧宣传的时候可以隐晦的贴上你第一个宣传贴连接。声称这个贴子里有这游戏的连接。
3、面对网站管理员、吧主删掉你的贴子。
这个其实很重要的问题，因为很多贴吧都严禁广告。所以下面我要讲的重点是如果隐晦的发宣传贴。
首先可以发一个开放式的命题贴子，比如：“大家帮我看看这个游戏叫什么名啊？”“吧友们有没有玩过这个游戏啊？”
之后一楼里贴出一个游戏的截图 和大概的游戏特点，比如：“这个游戏听说是波兰人开的，几十个国家的人都在这一个服务器里，是模拟整个世界的社会、经济、战争，据说尼玛中国在游戏里面被韩国、伊朗人瓜分了！”等等，
这样简单的几句话就把游戏设计的内容特点都说出来了，而且说出了游戏中中国的现状，这会让很多人想进来看看并想拯救中国。但记住截图里千万别带有游戏名字，也不要过分的讲解，否则就露馅了。
这样在一楼简单几句话的讲解，虽然有广告文的倾向，但是毕竟没给出名字和连接。之后你只需要换个ID，把你之前准备好的“第一宣传贴”的连接发到2楼，可以说“貌似这个贴子里有这个游戏的连接。”
这样就相对隐晦的达到了宣传的目的。之后你只需要换回ID去你贴子里谢谢你另一个ID，目的是把贴子顶起来，你可以不定期的换ID在你的那个帖子里假装来讨论游戏，目的同样是顶帖。当然也会吸音很多这个吧的人来讨论这样更好的帮助你顶帖。
这样会有效的规避一些来与管理员的删帖处罚。

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
