So in this article i'm going to list some methods and useful information
The most simplest thing you can do is log in daily to work and collect your pay at the end of the click.
1) Be sure to always check the job market before working to make sure you are on the best rate!
2) Working 30 days straight and not missing any day will reward you with hard worker medal & 5 Gold (this also applies to training apart from you are able to miss a day as it does not reset)
3) You can work also for supplies rather than a wage, in most cases this normal exceeds and job offer going in terms of value and also means you have supplies to be able to fight when required!
As you have just started out, you will have the option to fight in Practice Battles for either side, to try and get a battle here (BH) medal which also rewards you 5 Gold .
To get a bh medal you need to have dealt the most damage on either the defenders, attackers or both side when the timer hits 0
There are alot of things to take in to consideration when buying a company.....
1) Is it located in a HIGH region?
2) Does the country have the work force to get employees?
3) What are the current wages like?
4) Is there demand for the product?
So Raw companies and product companies the break down ....

The first 3 Raw/Product are the most popular every day used items, each company has a different quality Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5
Owning a Q5 Raw company will produce more raw materials, so increase the potential profit to be made
Owning a Q5 Product company will produce items i.e Food of that quality
Main items to be bought are Q1 Weapons, Q5 Weapons, Q5 Food, Q5 Gift, Q1 Ticket, Q5 Ticket
Any thing in between you will have a hard time selling.
Now you have some understanding of the different companies, you need to learn how to make a profit from it.
Wages
Selling gold for the currency tends to work out better for you rather than buying it
I.e 1 Gold = 20.45 ||||| 1 GBP = 0.0499 ........ 1 GOLD / 20.45 = 0.0489 <-- so there you can see you have got GBP at a lower rate and if you were to pay some 10 GBP to work in your company it could cost you either 0.499g or 0.489 ..... now work out the difference saved, multiply that by how many workers, by how many days ...... it all adds up!
Each economic skill level produces a different amount of products/raw materials, but also for each worker working your productivity decreases also, so i would suggest a maximum of 5 workers in your company.
Once you see what has been produced you can then calculate the cost of it. If you trade on IRC in #SeTrade i suggest you get familiar with the gold pricing #SeTrade Gold Price List unfortunately
So for example you have worker economic skill 5 : working in Q5 Iron company : produced 243 Iron : Paid 21 GBP
21 GBP * 0.0489 = 1.0269 Gold ....... 1.0269 / 243 (Iron) = 0.0042g per unit of of Iron so you know you dont want to sell lower than that or you have lost money ....... Sell at 0.006g on SeTrade 243*0.006 = 1.458g ....... 1.458 - 1.0269 = 0.43g profit ! with that one worker.

Also the premium account feature can give you greater detail of the company summary (A defo recommendation from me to have as i dont know what i would do with out mine)
When ever running your own company ensure you have enough currency to pay your workers and enough raw materials in your inventory if producing products.

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
