It looks a bit tough but i wanna help you to go through the game and you will love it a lot (i bet)
This article is being published for neebees so that they get to know more about the game
Daily tasks
There are 3 daily tasks daily but 4 in 3 days per month (+1 for vote)
Train
You have to train daily to increase your strength
If you train for 30 days you will get a Super soldier medal + 5 gold
Training daily will increase your strength
click on the train button to train
Work
You have to work daily for salaries or supplies
If you work 30 days in a row you will get a Hard worker Medal
Click on the work button to work (you have to be in the country where your company is located for daily working
)
Fight
You can fight in battles held in your country or mpp (allies) of your country or in any battle by travelling to that region.
Join an Miliatary unit-by doin this you will get 5%-20% bonus depending on the mu......TO join one click on my places-Miliatary Unit
Move to the bonus region- If you move to the bonus region you will get 20%bonus

Critical hit chance
Maximum and minimum damage
Increase strength
Chance to avoid in-battle damage
Miss chance (default 12.5%)
You can use equipments for upgrading them...for it ask some players or buy them at market-auction.You can also sell them at my places-auction
Critical hit chance
Critical hit chance occurs according to your stats the default is 12.5 % When it occurs it doubles the damage which you would do without critical !
Maximum and minimum damage
Maximum damage: It increases your maximum damage by x (the stats it has) Your maximum damage can be seen from the train section.
Minimum damage: It increases your minimum damage by y (the stats it has) Your minimum damage can be seen from the train section
Increase strength
An equipment which has increase strength stats is not totally useless, because Strength influences the minimum and maximum damage you do !!
Chance to avoid in-battle damage
If you avoid in-battle damge you :
Will not lose health
Will get 1 exp if it was a hit, 5 if it was a berserk
Will use 1 weapon if it was a hit, 5 if it was a berserk
Miss Chance
If you miss a hit or a berserk you:
Will do 0 damage
Will lose health
Will use 1 weapon if it was a hit, 5 if it was a berserk
Will get 1 exp if it was a hit, 5 if it was a berserk
Damage formula
T = S * W * R * D * L * F * U
T = Total damage
S = Strength
W = Weapon quality (see the table below)
R = Military rank bonus (see the table below)
D = Defense System quality (1.0 if no DS, 1.05~1.25 if there is Q1~Q5 DS)
L = Location bonus (1.2 if you're located in the battlefield as a defender or in resistance wars, or next to the battlefield as an attacker, 1.0 if not)
F = Surrounded debuff (1.0 in most cases, 0.8 if no route to core regions)
U = Military unit order bonus (1.0 if no order, 1.05~1.20 if fight in order depending on MU type)

Company
Companies in e-sim are how citizens produce various products available in the game.
Managing a company can be a good way to make money.
To obtain a company you can either buy one from the company market:

Or you can create it yourself.
Company
Explanation:
You need to enter the Company's name (You can't use any vulgar names and/or expresions )
Select the type of company that you want to create
Choose a company avatar from you computer
Shows you the region in wich the company will be created
Please consult the Productivity formula prior to doing either to ensure your company will be successful.
General Rules
The fewer workers that work per day, the higher productivity per worker a company has.
Companies have quality levels from Q1 to Q5. Higher quality companies produce more or produce better products, but also cost more to buy.
You can own multiple companies.
Companies can be bought and sold on the market.
Companies are one of two types:
Raw Material Companies - produces raw materials.
Manufacturing Companies - produce goods from raw materials. If the company only has enough raw materials for 20 goods and the worker is able to produce 40, the worker cannot work until there are enough raw materials to make 40 goods.
Best production for Raw Materials are in High regions with the corresponding resource.
Best production for Manufacturing are in Countries with High region for required resource.(e.g.: Iron for weapons)

Downgrading a company returns only 75% of the invested gold. There is not an option to dissolve companies completely
Materials.
Raw material are used to produce materials
They are:
Food:- You have 10food limits daily that is you can use 10food ranging from q1-q5
q1 produces 10health and q5 therefore produces 50health.....You can increase your food limit by using special items in market or else buying a house that is ranging from q1 to q5
Gift:-You have 10gifts limits daily that is you can use 10gifts ranging from q1-q5
q1 produces 10health and q5 therefore produces 50health.....You can increase your gift limit by using special items in market or else buying a estate that is ranging from q1 to q5
Weapons:_These increase your damage from -50% to 100% depending on their quality (q1-Q5)
Ticket:- These help you in moving from one place to anothe....q1 ticket causes loss of 40 health, q2 - 30health , q3 - 20 health, q4 - 10health and q5 without the lose of any health
