比利时
比利时政府公开发表政策。（有点晚了吧喂！）
在外交上暂时没有明显的改动。最重要的是保持现在的盟友的关系。
也有和其他国家邦交的想法，但是暂时没有任何预定。
军事上，United Forces of Belgium 已整理完毕。
比利时这星期有了不少新人，打算加强训练他们。
经济上，比利时政府呼吁国民在比利时工作，但是没有提到黑工的细节，
多半是采用普通的在市场价钱和薪水。
就如政府经过商品市场直接贩卖武器一样。
译者想法：
这种迟到很多才决定、有想法等于没想法、也没有具体方案的政策，
我不觉得比利时在这个任期内能走多远。
不觉得中国有和他们接触的意义。暂时排除外交关系的可能性为佳。
匈牙利 & 斯洛伐克
斯洛伐克向匈牙利宣战，并拿下 西外多瑙 。
这对匈牙利造成了不小的打击。
匈牙利向克罗地亚宣战，同时也从斯洛文尼亚那边拿到报酬。
（原因见 环球文萃：DAY 481 ，这里有原因。）
在财政上，维持了漂亮的绿字。
但是，斯洛伐克却算准了时机这时候向匈牙利宣战，并和克罗地亚合作闪电战拿下好几回合，
就这么打下了高产麦子的 西外多瑙 这块地。
普通的经济打击还不打紧，斯洛伐克打下 西外多瑙 以后，
立刻通过两项法律，将麦子和食物工厂以及工人薪资的税提高到 50%。
这立刻造成了匈牙利众多公司的停止运作。匈牙利现在突然间战争物资短缺。
现在，克罗地亚和斯洛伐克一同在匈牙利多处地区一起点燃战火：
匈牙利中部 、东外多瑙 。
匈牙利方面，则打算舍弃其他地区，将夺回 西外多瑙 设为首要目标。
东欧战争
波兰在乌克兰地区的战争全部胜利。
正如之前所说的，现在进一步攻打 俄罗斯西部 。
现在的直接敌人是保加利亚、乌克兰和立陶宛。
各国情况：
波兰：
虽然财政严重赤字，但是正在慢慢挽回战局。
斯洛伐克：
Q5防御系统坚固，在自己领土完全不被威胁的情况下，攻击匈牙利。
克罗地亚：
先是与斯洛伐克合作攻击匈牙利，再和保加利亚继续战斗，同时为罗马尼亚起义。
暂时放置斯洛文尼亚。
罗马尼亚：
莫名其妙被拖进来，其意图仍然不明确。
本身战力不影响战局，但是起义战是对付保加利亚很好的筹码。
匈牙利：
忙于夺回 西外多瑙 ，无法参与东欧的战局。
立陶宛：
被瑞典及拉托维亚调开部分军力，与波兰战斗处于弱势。
保加利亚：
被克罗地亚（和罗马尼亚？）拖住，与波兰战斗处于弱势。
斯洛文尼亚：
暂时失去了匈牙利的帮助，土地再度被克罗地亚占领是迟早的事。
乌克兰：
唯一的筹码只有起义战。盟友的援助不足的现在，只能依靠佣兵团。
土耳其：
和美国的战争优先度更高，短期内不参与东欧战局。
俄罗斯：
俄罗斯西北部 起义成功，但是战力不足以抗衡东欧各国。
西欧战争
作为”惯例“，英国军队都作为佣兵团出征其他地方，
爱尔兰便趁着 debuff 的时机起义成功，夺回首都 米德兰爱尔兰 。
英格兰东北部 则是正遭到荷兰的攻击。
德国则在努力夺回被荷兰拿下的 萨克森 。
荷兰的军队基本上就是伊朗的佣兵 MU I S P 。
此 MU 内荷兰人不少，正暂时作为国家军队为荷兰效力。
葡萄牙的扩张计划失败，已失去所有加拿大领土，科克郡/凯瑞 正遭受加拿大的攻击。

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
