铁路总公司迎来首场大考 运力矛盾仍然突出
2014年春运是中国铁路总公司成立之后的第一个春运，是其政企分开后的遭遇的首场考验。
14日下午，国家发改委副主任连维良在国新办召开新闻发布会上表示，今年初步预测客运量将达到36.23亿人次，比上年增加2亿人次。
铁路总公司副总经理胡亚东表示，2014年铁路的春运预计发送旅客是2.58亿人次，同比增长7.9%，“高峰是在节前，特别是务工流、探亲流、学生流高度叠加，铁路运输的能力和需求之间的矛盾仍然非常突出。”
在节前客流叠加导致运力不足的关键问题上，铁路总公司表示将在春运期间采取停短保长，长短套用、北车南调、挖掘检修的潜力等方式来集中解决春运期间高峰时期的客流。
据悉，为缓解“一票难求”，去年铁路新建里程中，新交付使用的里程达到5500多公里，高速、铁路新交付的里程达到1300多公里。
目前，我国的铁路营业里程已经超过10万公里，其中高速铁路的营业里程超过1万公里，近些年铁路运输能力总体上有大幅提升。新线一方面交付使用，增加了通过能力；另一方面，去年铁路总公司采购190组动车组，采购了2000多辆新型客车，这些都将投入到铁路的运营当中。
除夕不放假无大影响 局部地区或遭遇恶劣天气
今年春节假期进行了调整，除夕不放假，铁路总公司表示这一调整对铁路运输并无特别影响，今年除夕的售票量比29日要低一些，除夕乘坐火车出行也是一种选择。
除夕不放假的调整曾引发热议，大部分网友对这个调整表示赞同。有网友认为，以前除夕放假，有时当日火车票难买，初一回去假期又少一天，2014年不会出现这种情况了。
假期改成从除夕放到初六，意味着春运时间往前挪了一天或者是往后推迟了一天，对公众的出行而言，从绝对时间上衡量没发生变化，仍然保持七天不变。
除夕不放假可能致春节前三天的高峰拉长到四天。与2013年相比，今年的春运有几大特点。据国家发改委分析，一是今年春节相对较早，节前民工流、学生流、探亲流和游客流相互叠加，致使运输的压力比较大；二是现有的运力还难以完全满足春运高峰需求，尽管近几年交通基础设施建设发展很快，但是与春运的阶段性高峰需求相比，仍然难以满足需要，所以春运在一些地区仍会存在“一票难求”的情况；三是春运期间各种交通运输方式以最大负荷运行，同时还有大量的自驾车出行，交通流量比平时更大，因此保证交通安全的任务更加繁重；四是根据气象部门预测，春运前期局部地区可能会出现降雪、低温雨雪冰冻和雾霾天气，这会给出行带来不便。
据悉，为应对2014春运期间可能出现恶劣天气问题，福建、贵州、天津、宁夏等多地气象部门在2013年年底就启动了春运气象服务保障工作，重点在于给旅客提供及时有效的预测预警和及时全面的天气变化等信息。
春节期间小型客车免费通行 铁路票价保持不变
2014年春节全国收费公路小型客车的免费通行时间为2014年1月31日的零时起，至2月6日的24时结束。其中普通公路以车辆通过收费站的收费车道的时间为准，高速公路以车辆驶离出口收费车道的时间为准。
有公众担心春运期间铁路票价可能会有调整，以分流缓解铁路高峰。对此，发改委表示将采取“三不一查处”的策略。
一是在春运期间不对政府性定价进行调整；二是不针对春运制定专门的票价浮动政策，有一些是政府指导价，有规定的浮动范围，在春运期间不扩大浮动范围；三是原有的浮动规定不做改变。同时要加强价格监管，严格查处违法的价格行为，如不执行政府定价，在政府允许的浮动范围以外增加浮动幅度，还有不明码标价等，有关部门将对这些违法的价格行为要进行严厉查处。
铁路方面，长期以来，火车的无座票按照硬座票进行售卖，据悉，由于区分站坐票的制度在技术上的操作难度比较大，目前铁路的客运基准票价率和客运票价的相关政策表明无座票票价将不会有改动。2014春运无座票的价格仍然不会改变。
12306将实名制进行到底 与国家权威身份认证网联接
央视8日报道的网络“黄牛”囤票暴露出网络购票存漏洞，“黄牛”们使用抢票软件，10分钟就可以抢走1245张票，先囤票后放给真实买家。软件能批量生成大量假身份证号和姓名，但12306网站目前无法辨别身份证信息的真假，“黄牛”因此才可用假信息大量囤票，加价倒卖。
12306网站的“三大漏洞”中最严重的是“身份证无验证”，而在身份证无验证的漏洞之下，黄牛们任意编造身份证号码(12306网站只能检测身份证最后一位的运算逻辑)和任意姓名就可以抢票、占票。
针对这一情况，铁路总公司表示，今年12306和国家身份认证权威部门进行互联网的身份认证联网，“近日正在调试，很快就可以上线运行”。同时他建议旅客在购票的时候填写准确、真实的身份信息，不采用抢票软件或去不正规的网站去购票，以避免损失。(中新网财经频道)

The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
