一星期以来，
卖出了许多物资，换来 Gold 及各种外币。
其总额差不多在 250 Gold 左右。
相比之前每星期 50 到 80 Gold 的收入，
这个星期国库的净利仅仅 7 Gold 。
最大的原因当然是与阿根廷的战争，使
同时，最后几天，一些收入较低的国内企业降税至 10% 到 20% 之间。
南美洲战事
巴西征服墨西哥已经一段时日，
几天来同时应对墨西哥和哥伦比亚的起义战也没有压力。
巴西与葡萄牙的 NAP 过期之时，巴西有权利和余裕选择是否向葡萄牙开战。
葡萄牙拿下加拿大以后，一直和英国抢爱尔兰，一起轮流玩起义战。
而现在 葡萄牙正式向英国宣战 正好给了巴西足够的理由。
另一方面，智利和阿根廷再续去年的战争，
目前智利收到的援军比较多，仍然占一些优势，
但是阿根廷方称短期内不会放弃、不会停战。
在这种情况下，秘鲁总统呼吁人民开始储备物资，以备后患。
总之，奸商们注意下面几点：
1.
短期内，秘鲁市场销量会减少。
国库正在从国民那里收物资。当国库的竞争者不是什么好事。
2.
智利方面，国库正以低于市场价卖东西。
战争开始以来，武器方面没有多大改变，
但是 Q5 面包已经销掉了库存的 60% 以上库存，
Q5礼物则是 57%以上，这方面的市场值得开发。
3.
阿根廷方的 MU 间没有足够的沟通，战线一片混乱，
例如 这场战役 就浪费了太多的伤害，
针对新人和乱打的物资应该销路不错。
4.
巴西和葡萄牙的外汇本来就很多人在玩。
巴西那边，任何武器，Q1、Q2、Q3、Q4、Q5 都有人买，
不过价格起伏很大，要注意市场上的变化。
能私下合同当然还是最理想的。
塞尔维亚战事
正如之前 环球文萃：2014年1月总统选举特辑 （意大利篇）提到的，
意大利大规模起义对抗塞尔维亚，同时也得到了许多盟国的帮助。
首页上的 Serbs, day 507 虽然语气诙谐，但是该知道的差不多也都写了。
现在和塞尔维亚交战中的国家包括：

- 瑞士
- 克罗地亚
- 波黑
- 波兰

波兰教育部经过一段时间，总算有了些成果。
首先，训练教育部的后继者方面：

1. 给新人分配、建议适合他的 MU。
第一选择尽量都是 Akademia Sil Zbrojnych ，
新人会立刻加入军垦制度，并接受战士训练。

3. 策划各种活动。
下一个活动 Familiada 预定在当地时间 1 月 18 日 19:30。
4. Mentor 计划。分配没有上线的新人的 mentor。
5. 面包分配。
根据每天的伤害输出要求波兰教育部分配多少的面包。
6. 拉人进各个 IRC 频道。
外交方面，波兰正在重新整理自己的外交关系，
哪些适合 MPP，哪些考虑 NAP，哪些照旧。
最近最大的动向大概就是下面两项了：
1. 向乌克兰宣战 。
2. 与德国续约 MPP 。

美国总统
不限成员的国籍，仅要求每天的高输出。
它的物资分配系统比起普通的 MU 要高出许多，
每天 15 个 Q5 面包 + 75 个 Q1 枪，
视情况还能增加到 150 个 Q1 枪 + 15 个 Q5 面包 + 15 个 Q5 礼物。
另外也有奖励系统，为每天真正左右战场的人们发奖品。
虽然有人质疑外国总统（前瑞士和西班牙）创建外国 MU 的用意，
不过译者认为应该是组织一个 Delta 的精英部队，方便打仗吧。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
