编者按: 近日来，Primera和Secura之间的摩擦屡有发生，时而甚至言辞激烈。矛盾的暴露和产生是不可避免的，也是无法回避的。因此《华文时报》特邀Primera资深国际问题专家，现任e-China外交部长，同时也是Secura生肖军团形象大使，深受众多国民爱戴的
记者：
嘉宾：请问吧。
记者: 我们注意到近日来，Primera和Secura之间的摩擦屡有发生，时而甚至言辞激烈。友邦人士莫名惊诧。请问外长大人对此“内豆”（请允许我擅用此过激的词汇）事件有何看法。
嘉宾：请回忆一下，遥想当初e-China尚处于灭国时期咱们有“内豆”么....那时的宣传都是Primera即将大规模组织远征军，解放Secura。你想过没有，这段时间究竟发生了些什么变化才埋下如今“内豆”的种子么？问题的源头在哪里呢？
记者：这个嘛 ……. 相信很多人都很难完全说得清楚，还望外长大人明示一二，以开茅塞。
嘉宾：简单来说，Primera和Secura之间在e-China尚处于灭国时期确实比较和谐。后期“内豆”的种子其实是
以致现在很多Primera新人对Secura “较乱”的印象根源也便从这儿来的。
而其后历届囧统都是相对的新人，这更加使人们感到“较乱”—缺乏权威性。
再后来的股票事件是导火索，从而彻底破坏了Primera和Secura之间的关系。股票事件以GO出手禁言告终，但官方却没有就此事件给出任何解释，反而出现这种各挺一方的分裂趋势 ………
矛盾彻底激化后，官方对“反枪”事件的表态又略有火上浇油之嫌，导致事态恶性循环。
记者：
嘉宾：相对于在NAP协议国点火起义，是的。那段时间的民族主义印象已经有凸显了—。如果想解决这个问题，总统就要去说呐，只有他一个人知道个中隐情根本不能代表什么。
试想下，政府官方签订NAP第二天就有群众去对方协议国家点火，最终导致灭国，然后囧统被弹劾，而且还没有一个合理的官方解释，这会给新人一个什么印象？
记者：我记得囧统当时被弹劾是因为民怨沸腾啊。
嘉宾：说对了一半 — 是因为说话的人民怨沸腾。
但NAP毕竟还是签了— 这是最重要的，一个官方协议第二天就被推翻的政府给人的印象是什么.....？新人只会以一个整体看待政府—要知道，他们是看不到议会群的噢…...
记者：有道理。
嘉宾：这只是埋下种子而已。从那以后，我们遗憾的观察到， Primera对Secura的印象就从“咱们去双击，战时听政府的打几抢复国”到了“如此愤青，真的有帮助的必要么”的转变。
记者：对今后的历任可能登台的e-China有什么寄语吗？
嘉宾：首先要树立足够的权威性— 想想人民为啥要听你的。你曾经为e-China贡献了啥？有啥legacy？
有足够的工作热情无疑是先决条件，但囧统也还是要有资本的，光凭一腔热血难免各种走弯路— 走完人民还不买你的辛苦账。
时下里就不如好好着手解决下新人之间的矛盾。
记者：确实很中肯，请继续 ……
嘉宾：此外，有时 you can you up的思想是不可取的。
问题和矛盾出现了，应该积极地去想想怎么改变，未来的问题怎么解决。抛弃（回避）问题这个选项实在是.... …… （无语中）
记者：外长大人有什么好的建议么？
嘉宾：下次如果新人（指的是没有当过囧统的人）想当个囧统锻炼下，可以在上届囧统任期快结束的时候，弹劾给个10天试用期，这样下届上来也不会太手忙脚乱。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
