而指令中間的空白，一律改為全形空白方便閱讀，指令複製使用時，請務必注意改回為半形空白！
有關個人隱私的指令（如：密碼），
請切換到 Rizon 的分頁再輸入，才不容易因為指令打錯，而發生密碼外流的慘案。
1.何謂 IRC ？該如何使用 IRC 呢？
IRC其實只是個服務，你可以把它想像成網路 BBS 論壇，提供各種聊天室。
而我們使用的就是 Rizon 的 IRC 服務，因此你可以選擇各種媒介，來連上這個聊天室和服務。
以下僅介紹幾種，比較常見的連接 IRC 方法：
Web IRC Client：
- Mibbit （英文介面、有廣告、功能齊全、進階者取向）
- KiwiIRC （中文介面、無廣告、一般使用者取向，易上手）
- qChat （英文介面、無廣告、只有最基本的功能）

- Chatzilla （Firefox套件）、
- Chatzilla on Xulrunner （可攜式獨立軟體、作者個人推薦）

2.常見的指令介紹
- /msg nickserv IDENTIFY 您目前暱稱的密碼
向 Rizon 伺服器，認證你目前的暱稱（如果此暱稱已註冊）
注意：如果90天內未使用此暱稱，暱稱將會取消註冊狀態，重新開放給其它玩家使用！
- /msg 您想私訊的對象 想說的話
- /query 您想私訊的對象 想說的話
很多人在 IRC 上說的 PM（私訊），指的就是這個指令（/query），
和前者（/msg）的功能相同，不同之處是會另開一個獨立分頁，讓你和對方的對話集中在此。
- /join #您想加入的頻道 頻道密碼（若無則不填）
加入其它的公開頻道（例如有名的黑市：#setrade）
- /nick 您想變更成為的暱稱
更改你目前的暱稱，更改後的暱稱視為一個獨立的新暱稱，將沒有原本的暱稱相關權限。
除非使用 GROUP 指令（下面會介紹），告訴 Rizon 二個暱稱是同一個人，才可以有舊暱稱的權限。
- /me 您想跟大家說的話
賣萌用指令，指令原意叫 Action（表演），有興趣的人可以自己嘗試。
3.進階的指令介紹
- /whois 您想查詢的對象
可查詢多項資料，包括目前的此對象的註冊狀態，所在的頻道列表（不包含個人頻道），還有其它等等資料。
- /mode 您目前的暱稱 +ipx
將您「目前連線中」的使用者模式（所以每次連線都要重設），切換成隱密模式。
其它使用者，將無法透過 whois 指令查到您目前所在的頻道列表（就算是公眾頻道），除非待在同一頻道內。
關於 ipx 這三個參數的意思，請參考Rizon Wiki ，這裡就不多解釋。
- /msg nickserv SET KILL ON
- /msg nickserv SET KILL QUICK
將您現在已註冊的暱稱，設定保護模式，
當別人使用你的暱稱，而未輸入正確的密碼，則強制該使用者改名。
ON：要求在一分鐘內輸入密碼，否則強制改名
QUICK：要求在 20 秒內輸入密碼，否則強制改名
- /msg nickserv GROUP 您舊的暱稱 該舊暱稱的密碼
如果你有多個暱稱（舊：user、新：user_afk），想讓新暱稱擁有舊暱稱的權限，
請在切換成新暱稱的狀況下，使用此指令，讓 Rizon 伺服器知道這個新暱稱等同於舊暱稱。
- /msg nickserv GHOST 您想拿回所有權的暱稱 該暱稱的密碼
如果你發現你已註冊的暱稱，已被他人在線上佔用，
或是斷線後重連，發現舊的屍體（？）還在線上的話，可使用這個指令讓對方斷線，取回暱稱。
- /msg nickserv STATUS 您想查詢的對象
向 Rizon 伺服器，查詢該名稱的使用者是否在線，或是否已認證為該名稱所有者。
伺服器會回覆你以下的值，各有不同的意義。
0 - 這個名稱的使用者不在線上，或是名稱未註冊
1 - 這個名稱的使用者，尚未認證為名稱所有者（因此可能是別人假冒）
2 - 這個名稱的使用者，已認證為名稱所有者（藉由access列表認證，通常是伺服器管理員們）
3 - 這個名稱的使用者，已認證為名稱所有者（藉由密碼認證，通常是一般使用者）
4.進階設定
以下關於進階設定的部份，以文字簡單介紹，想詳細了解，請點連結前往查看。
- BotServ
Rizon 提供的「機器人服務」，
讓頻道管理者，更方便地使用簡單的指令管理頻道，比如給予權限和踢人 ，或是各種設定。
（記得使用 /msg botserv set #channel fantasy on 指令，機器人才能管理頻道。）
- MemoServ
Rizon 提供的「飛鴿傳書/留言板/線上傳情（？）」服務，可以讓您寄送便條紙給對方的服務。
如果對方在線上，將會立即收到，
如果對方未在線的話，當對方下次認證暱稱時，Rizon 將會把便條紙（訊息）送到。
- RizonBNC
Rizon 提供的「24小時掛機 IRC 服務（？）」，
類似特別的proxy服務，幫您的暱稱 24 小時掛在線上，透過此特別伺服器連線會紀錄聊天室對話，
可看你所在的頻道，從上次離線起近 100 則對話紀錄（可設定到 500 則），讓您不再容易錯過每一則對話。
注意：
註冊 Rizon 超過一週以上的暱稱，可以申請此服務。
但此服務申請麻煩，若一但申請後，有二週以上未使用此服務，將取消該服務資料。
一但留下不良記綠或取消，未來您的這個暱稱將無法再度申請此服務，所以申請之前，務必請三思。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
