Mislim da ste svi svjesni u kakvoj je nasa BiH situaciji i da ako ovako nastavimo necemo daleko dogurati, tako da ono sto nama treba jesu promjene...
Nas ORG je u dugu, tako da molim sve gradjane da doniraju koliko god novca mogu na ovaj profil Bosnia and Herzegovina Org , u ovakvoj situaciji svi prjedlozi su dobrodosli, tako da molim sve igrace koji imaju nesto da kazu nek to posalju meni maruan 28 u privatnu poruku, a ja cu o tom prjedlogu razmisliti i naravno ako bude prjedlog prihvacen, realizovacemo ga u najkracem mogucem roku, sto se tice prjedloga to mogu svi da urade od najboljih pa do onih tek pocetnih igraca nase BiH...
Naravno svi jaci igraci u inostranstvu koji jos imaju drzavljanstvo BiH neka se vrate i ucine ovu zemlju boljom, jer jedan covjek ne moze da napravi nista...
Zelim takodje da naglasim svim starim i iskusnim igracima, da preuzmu odgovornost na ove nove i da ih upute u pravi MU isto tako da im pomazu, jer na mladima svijet ostaje...
Isto jedan od ciljeva je popunjenje drzavnih MU, sigurno ima neki drzavljanin BiH bez MU, e pa ako on misli da je dovoljno iskusan i da je dorastao zadatku nek se tu prijavi, ili i OSBIH ili u Crne Labudove, jer su to dvije nase najjace MU...
A i za sve slabije igrace pobrinuli smo se i za njih imamo 3 MU na raspolaganju, to su DRAKE, Orlovi rano lete i Civilna brigada, samim ulaskom u te MU dobice te posao i dnevnu kolicinu oruzija i hrane, tako da za sve smo se pobrinuli da novim igracima pocetak igre bude najbolji moguc...
I molim sve igrace koji su napustili BiH i promjenili drzavljanstvo da ne guraju nos tamo gdje mu nije mjesto, ako im se ide negdje drugdje, nek tamo i idu a nas neka ostave na miru, jer BiH ce za vrjeme mog mandata biti uskladjena i harmonicna, i niko nas nece odvojiti od tog cilja...
Prije nekoliko dana znam da je doslo do nekih nesuglasica i da vecina gradjana vise o tome razmislja, tj. vise razmislja o proslosti, nego o buducnosti, e pa ja sam onaj koji ne mari za proslost, okrenuo sam se buducnosti i boljoj BiH koja ce se uz dobrog vodju i aktivan narod ponovo vratiti u zivot i koja ce opet stati na noge i boriti se do kraja...
Dug se polako vraca i nase firme polako pocinju sa radom, sve ljudi moji ide nabolje, sad samo trebate vi da jos malo pokrenete situaciju i da nas malo pogurate i budite bez brige, uspjeh je zagarantovan...
Ljudi moji vi ste ti koji ste mene izabrali, i ima toliko vas kojim sam pomogao kad im je pomoc bila potrebna, pomozite sada vi meni, jer samo cemo tako uspjeti, ako se zajedno budemo pomagali...
I nemoj te padati u ocaj, vase povjerenje bice opravdano, a BiH ce ponovo biti drzava sa svojim stavom, sa svojom snaznom MU, sa svojom vizijom na buducnost i sa svojim koracanjem ka uspjehu...

In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
