Ok, so let's introduce myself. I'm
1. People here speak english, so I will understand them and they will understand me
2. sAus has quite interesting geopolitical localization
3. It seemed to me that this country will be small one. It's fun to play in small country, because achieving goals brings more satisfaction.
So I'm here for sAustralia, I'm here to serve citizens and country.
1. The beginning.
At the beginning we need to make few very important decisions. We need to be unite and act together. Only this way will lead our country to better future. If you elect me as CP, I will organise another meeting with congress members and we will discuss important things. We need also to establish official channel rooms (IRC) and forums.
Let's make first step.. oh wait, I need to hold something
2. Money, money - few words about economy
Let's talk about economy. We have one high diamonds region and one medium iron region, so we need to invest especially in diamonds companies and also in gifts companies. We have to focus on these industries and our goal is to became world tycoon and big producer of these goods. These will need some tax changes and I, as CP, will lead disussion with congress members. I personally think that at the begining we should set 1% vat, 1% income and 99% import. Of course we need also another goods i.e food, weapons etc. Our sGov will watch situation on markets and in case of crisis we will spend money to improve situation and help people of sAustralia.
We will have to spend some of country's money on diamonds and gifts companies. Thanks to that we will have a huge supplies for our military. And this will by priority No 1 in economy.

3. Let's fight - thoughts about military and battles
If we want to build strong country we need to be active. This mean that we need to spend a lot of money at the beginning. Soldiers need to invest some money in fights. If they gain bh and 5gold, they will "snowball" and win another bh in future and important rank points. Don't forget about MU. We need to encourage all citizens of eAus to join one and fight in order to gain rank.
We will also establish elite military unit for strongest soldiers. This unit will earn money from bh and they will become core of our Army. But another people also need to fight, so we will make it possible to fight in war (training war) so they can gain rank. And this will by our No 1 military priority at the beginning. We can also think about fighting with neighbours Indo or Chile. I suggest second one

4. Get in touch with everybody - foreign affairs
Here I will write few sentences about our relations with other countries. As you can see we have 1 quite strong neighbour sIndonesia. They are top5 eWorld with almost 700 citizens. First we will need NAP (Non agression Pact) with eIndo. We will establish international relations with important countries of eWorld. And once again, we will not stay inactive, we will participate in wars and gain new allies.
Please don's disrupt me! I'm just preparing new mpp with king of Kongo.
5. sAustralia
According to country statistics we are on the 38th place in eWorld in number of citizens. Let's check another stats: top dmg 22nd (thats good and means that we have high dmg per citizen ratio). Total exp 31st place. Ok so as you can see our citizens are better then average citizens of sworld. What we need is bigger population. So we should prepare for Baby Boom, this issue is important but not the most important at the moment. Future gov will prepare some bb plans. Another important thing is communication with citizens. We need to encourage them to play actively every day.

6. Who will rule? - cabinet
As I said before important matters will be discussed together, so members of government will be chosen by congress members and me. So cabinet will consist of people approved by congress.
I am watching people in game on IRC etc, and I found few active people:
meem is congress member and now one of the strongest people of sAus. He is very active and his knowledge about game - especially wars and battles are huge. He has already gained 2 bh and help me to gain my 1st bh.

7. Let's talk together
So as you probably know, meeting on the IRC which will start at 12:00 e-sim time. (info here secura.e-sim.org/article.html?id=236) I will post elect proposal after that meeting, so everyone can discuss with me before.

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
