First of all there are 7 stats for equipment I’ll explain benefits and drawbacks and then make build that I consider good for new players and explain what quality of equipment should be bought.
Increase strength/Increase hit - Only benefit of buying equipment with those stats is when you start game and want to win BH in practice battle but in the long run both stats will become useless.
Increase Damage - It increases both minimum and maximum damage that player make by some % (look at picture below to find out what is minimum and maximum damage).
Increase Max Damage - Same as increase damage but it only affect max damage also % of increase is on average about 2 times higher that of increase damage.
Increase Critical Chance - Increase chance of getting critical hit, base (without any equipment) critical for all players is 12.5%. When you get critical hit you make 2x normal hit damage (you can see that in picture bellow). It depends on luck and your damage wont be consistent with it but it’s great if you are BH hunter. This stat is capped at 40% total.
Reduce miss chance - Every player starts with 12.5% miss chance this stat reduce miss.When you get miss in battle you will do 0 damage and loose guns as it was normal hit. It’s very good stat because when reduce miss chance to 0% you will not waste any guns and damage will be more consistent. Many MU in game accept only players with 0% miss chance.
Increase Chance to Avoid Damage - Increase chance to get avoid damage in battle, when player gets avoid he makes damage but don’t lose health, base (without equipment) avoid is 5% for all players. It is considered best stat by majority of players because you can get avoid-critical hit which is spectacular and also negate miss chance if you get avoid-miss, you also gain more exp with every avoid. But there is serious drawback to this - you will have to use lot of guns if you have high avoid so it’s stat for players with deep pockets. It’s capped on 40% and like critical it depends on luck.
We can rule out increase Hit/Strength because those stats will become useless over time and avoid damage because it would simply cost too much.
Now for two builds that I consider best if you want to get most damage per dollar I arranged stats in order of importance:

With this build you will get consistent amount of damage every day and I think new players will benefit greatly from this build. Good example of this build would be

Now for general rules what quality of equipment you should buy.Do not waste your time buying q1 or q2 equipment. You can buy Q3 equipment for around 2.5 gold (except for armor) this is cheap even for new players or if you have bit more gold you can buy Q4 for 8-10 gold (except armor). Remember that buying equipment is best investment you can make since you can always sell or merge.

In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
