通过全团上下自省，以及内部讨论和表决，在此，生肖军团不得不做出一个艰难的决定，于DAY538正式宣告退出中央军事委员会，进行内部整顿，以期可以再塑辉煌，重新达到军委所期许的标准和高度。与此同时，《华文时报》亦不再作为军委官方发言媒体。
今后，生肖军团仍将致力于以下方面努力：
一，尽可能团结和联合中小型军团，关注新人和普通工薪阶层的发展。增强中小军团以及无军团成员的归属感和存在感。
新人是国家的希望，每一个新人对于eChina来说都是有价值的个体。每一个现在的中小型军团都有发展成为中流砥柱的潜力。
稍后我军团会与部分保持有良好合作关系的中小型军团结成互助型战略合作同盟，相互提携，共谋发展。
二，尝试团结和争取primera和suna玩家（在secura双击），以及资深的双击老玩家，促进和睦相处，团结一切可以团结的力量。
老人是eChina宝贵的财富，在历史上也曾经为处于忧患境地的eChina艰苦奋斗，做出过卓越的贡献，虽然有些处于双击状态的老人们由于各种条件所限不能输出全部潜能，但是他们的丰富经验，以及对于生产力领域的贡献，仍然是不可估量的。
因此，呼吁全e社会树立尊老爱老的新风尚，认可并尊重老人们曾经为eChina做出的贡献和努力。
三，促进对外交流，发展与国际友人的友好关系。学习国外先进的战斗和管理经验。同时，建立稳定的贸易合作伙伴，互通有无。并且做好与中国国籍外国人的交流工作。提升他们对于eChina的认同感。
四，了解Trinity联盟政策，执行Trinity联盟战斗指令。为Trinity整体战局贡献微薄力量。
五，发现人才，培养人才，为国会和内阁等国家重要岗位做出充足人才储备，做到不拘一格，唯才是举。并且，推动eChina更加公平，公正，公开的民主政治建设。尊重每一位国民的选举权和被选举权。
六，充分发挥媒体功能，发挥《华文时报》 ，《环球文萃》 ，《资治通鉴》 等众多优质刊物的优势，创造出更加内容丰富翔实的作品，同时反映民生冷暖，关注弱势群体的生存环境。
（特别说明之一：关于W君流动CASE ，经过军委调解，双方协商，已得到妥善解决，此次我军团退出军委，纯系自身原因，与前继事件并无关联，请勿展开联想，对号入座。

USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
