Hey,
First of all, I don't want to insult anyone or anything. I just give my point of view about certain things going on in e-sim. Therefore I hope article won't be banned
SO lately there has been a lot of commotion about e-sim staff.
People started to write article about them, insult them etc.
A lot of these articles have been deleted, but here are a few examples ( If they don't get deleted)

As u can see a lot of people express their anger.
But why is this?
In my opinion people could have have good reasons to "hate" the staf
FOR example:
1: Unfair bans
I haven't seen this myself lately, but heard a lot about it.
I think as staff member u shouldn't take sides. But a lot of them do.
Guys I just wanne say think before u act.
2: Bugged battles
I know this ain't staff's fault but probably
I mean please. Yesterday Tirana, earlier this week Vestlandet and maybe others.
These battles could change a lot, but though to bugged rounds people who could've won lose.
3: Being denied possibility to express yourself
I think any staff member shouldn't delete articles/shouts etc. Becouse someone expresses his feeling about the game.
W are allowed to do that, and if staff doesn't want us to, why not take whole shouting and articles away?
Then we can' express ourselves anymore. I think we have the right to espress how we feel as long as it's with manners, you shouldn't go insulting or yelling, because then it's normal your stuff will get deleted.
Apperantely you're all like this:
4: Not been given any information
This is also a big problem about the game. We hardly see any information about certain specific problems or about things that would change in future. We WANT information about graphic changes, RAW changes, battle updates if they're bugged etc. There just ain't enough communication between the staff and the players, which is a real shame!
5: Complaints about changes
For example graphics.
Guys new fighting system... Serious?!
I think it's good to improve game, but please guys.
We understand u wanne hold people back to use scripts and fight like it ain't suposed to. But please, for other normal hitters, like me, it can be very frustrating. Because seeing this all the time ain't nice:

I really hope article doesn't get deleted. In my opinion there is no need to. Just talkin about what's goin on and why people could feel like that

可以看的出來, 非常多人正展現出他們的怒火,
但為什麼會這樣?
我認為大家的確是有很好的理由去"仇視"這個管理團隊的.
舉例來說:
1: 不公正的封鎖處置
雖然我自己目前還沒遇過, 但是已經聽到了許多關於這方面的例子,
我認為身為一個管理員, 不該持有偏頗的立場, 但還蠻多管理員還是這樣做.
老兄們, 我只想對你們說: 請三思而後行.
2: 多次的戰場上出現BUG
我了解這並不是管理團隊們的錯, 比較可能的是
昨天的 Tirana 戰場、前一周的 Vestlandet 、或許還有其他更多的,
這些戰役會(為這世界)帶來很大的變動, 但因為 "回合BUG" 的出現使得能獲勝的人輸掉了.
3: 僅發表自己意見就可能遭封鎖處分
我認為, 任何管理員都不該去做刪除文章/留言等等的動作, 因為任何人是都可以對這遊戲來發表意見的.
我們是被允許這樣做的, 如果管理團隊們不准我們這樣做, 那何不直接將所有的留言以及文章都拿掉?
這樣我們就不會再發表任何自己的意見與想法了. 我覺得我們都應該有權利去表達自己的感受, 只要你保持著理性態度, 不要辱罵他人或是向他人吼叫, 因為這被管理團隊刪除掉會是理所當然的.
但很明顯地，你們所做的就像這樣：
4: 無法獲得任何遊戲資訊
這也是這遊戲中很大的一個問題. 要去了解這個遊戲中的某些問題或是遊戲未來的走向, 這對我們來說是很困難的.
我們極度想要了解未來遊戲介面、資源的變動與戰場BUG的更新情況等等.
管理團隊與玩家們之間並沒有一個很好的溝通管道存在; 這真的很令人丟臉!
5: 對於遊戲改動的抗議
舉個例子, 例如遊戲介面.

我覺得改進遊戲是很好的做法, 但請一定先注意...
我們了解你們想遏止大家在戰場上使用插件做到本來不該有的戰鬥方式,
但請先為其他遵循正規方法的使用者著想, 像我就是其中一個, 經常因為看到以下這張圖非常地挫折與無力:

我真的希望不要刪除掉這篇文章，我認為沒必要這樣做，這篇文章只是在討論到底發生甚麼事，以及大家對此的感覺而已

About the game:
USA as a world power? In E-Sim it is possible!
In E-Sim we have a huge, living world, which is a mirror copy of the Earth. Well, maybe not completely mirrored, because the balance of power in this virtual world looks a bit different than in real life. In E-Sim, USA does not have to be a world superpower, It can be efficiently managed as a much smaller country that has entrepreneurial citizens that support it's foundation. Everything depends on the players themselves and how they decide to shape the political map of the game.
Work for the good of your country and see it rise to an empire.
Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
At the auction you can sell or buy your dream inventory.
E-Sim is a unique browser game. It's creators ensured realistic representation of the mechanisms present in the real world and gave all power to the players who shape the image of the virtual Earth according to their own. So come and join them and help your country achieve its full potential.
