中山艦事件（亦稱三二○事件）是中國現代史上的著名事件。它對中國現代曆史的發展産生過重要影響。近年來隨著研究的不斷深入，專家發現，“中山艦事件”並非由蔣介石一手策劃，它的發生有其偶然性的一面。爲了揭開事件的真相，記者電話采訪了對此有深入研究的中國社會科學院近代史研究所的楊天石研究員。

楊天石認爲，要揭開中山艦事件之謎，就必須查清中山艦調動經過。中山艦事件的整個過程是怎樣的呢？
根據黃埔軍校管理科交通股股員黎時雍的報告，';年月'日午後時半，黃埔軍校校長辦公廳主任孔慶叡因爲外洋定安火輪被匪徒搶劫，讓黃埔軍校管理科科長趙錦雯火速派巡艦一只，運衛兵'名前往保護。當時因爲黃埔軍校無船可開，趙錦雯便電話請駐省辦事處派船以應急需。
而駐省辦事處接電話的是交通股股員王學臣。王學臣事後陳述說，因爲電話聽不清，搞不清是何人的命令，因爲按趙錦雯的命令，限本夜必須調一兩艘巡洋艦以備巡查之用。便當即把這件事報告了黃埔軍校管理科交通股股長兼駐省辦事處主任歐陽鍾。
歐陽鍾得到王學臣的報告後，即親赴海軍局交涉。當時，海軍局代局長李之龍因公外出。作戰科科長鄒毅即當面應允立即派艦只前往黃埔。此後，據歐陽鍾自稱，他“于是即返辦事處”。但據李之龍的婦人報告，當晚，歐陽鍾並未回辦事處，而是到了她家。歐陽鍾聲稱：“奉蔣校長命令，有緊急之事，派戰鬥艦兩艘開赴黃埔，聽候蔣校長調遣。”並留下鄒毅的信函。信上說已經派一艦前去，剩下的“只有中山艦和自由可派，請決定一艘”。李之龍歸來閱信後，當即下令派中山艦前往。
此後，以聯共（布）中央委員布勃諾夫爲團長的蘇聯使團正在廣州考察。俄國考察團要參觀中山艦，李之龍即用電話請示蔣介石，得到蔣介石的同意後，便調中山艦回省。

楊天石認爲，中山艦的調動經過至少可以說明以下幾點：
第一，中山艦駛往黃埔並非李之龍“矯令”，它與當時的國民政府主席、國民革命軍總黨代表汪精衛、蘇聯顧問季山嘉無關，也與共産黨無關。多年來，蔣介石和國民黨部分人士一直大肆宣傳的所謂“陰謀”說顯然不能成立。
第二，蔣介石沒有直接給海軍局或李之龍下達過調艦命令。因此，所謂蔣介石下令而又反誣李之龍“矯令”說也不能成立。
第三，中途加碼，“矯”蔣介石之令的是黃埔軍校駐廣州辦事處主任歐陽鍾。而歐陽鍾才是中山艦事件的一個重要人物。他是孫文主義學會骨幹、海軍軍官學校副校長歐陽格的侄子，只有了解他的這一身份，才有助于揭開中山艦事件之謎。
國民黨右派組織孫文主義學會和西山會議派的陰謀勾當
廣州孫文主義學會發端于';年月的中山學會，其核心人物爲王柏齡、賀衷寒、潘佑強。這一組織成立後，即與西山會議派相勾結，陰謀反對國共合作，其間的聯絡人就是時任國府委員，兼任廣州市市政府委員會委員長的伍朝樞。這兩個國民黨的右派組織一直就想“拆散”當時廣州國民政府的團結局面，挑撥國共關系，使共産黨和蔣介石分家。
中山艦事件發生前，廣州孫文主義學會分子異常活躍。王柏齡很早就到處散布汪精衛反蔣。月'日早晨，王柏齡在黃埔軍校內散布說：“共産黨在制造叛亂，陰謀策劃海軍局武裝政變。”
正是在這一狀況下，作爲孫文主義學會成員之一的歐陽鍾出面假傳蔣介石命令，誘使李之龍出動艦只，以便和王柏齡的謠言相印證。歐陽鍾的活動是整個陰謀的組成部分。
中山艦事件的整個過程是歐陽格與王柏齡定計之後，一面唆使歐陽鍾矯令，一面向蔣介石謊報，其結果便演出了震驚中外的三二○事件。
中山艦調動之初，蔣介石的最初反應是有人要“幹他”或“趕他”
那麽，在整個中山艦事件的過程中，蔣介石的反應是怎樣的呢？據蔣介石日記，月'日下午一點鍾，他接到李之龍的電話，請求將中山艦調回省城，預備給蘇聯考察團參觀。他當即表示：“我沒有要你開去，你要開回來，就開回來好了，何必問我做什麽呢？”
此後，他越來越感到事情蹊跷。“爲什麽既沒有我的命令要中山艦開去，而他要開回來爲什麽又要來問我。”“中山艦到了黃埔，因爲我不在黃埔，在省裏，他就開回來省城。這究竟是怎麽一回事。”
蔣介石的日記表明，他當時懷疑，共産黨和汪精衛要“幹他”或“趕他”。他此前曾以自請“赴俄休養”試探汪精衛，而汪精衛是同意的。
蔣介石對中山艦調動的最初反應是准備離開廣州，退到他所掌握的東征軍總指揮部所在地汕頭。日記上說：“上午，准備回汕休養。”“下午五時，行至半途”才決定返回，對中山艦采取鎮壓措施。
中山艦事件在當時的大背景下，有偶然性的一面，也有必然性一面
楊天石認爲，就蔣介石誤信伍朝樞、歐陽格等人的謠言來說，三二○事件有其偶然性，但是，就當時國民黨內左右派的激烈鬥爭和蔣介石的思想來說，又有其必然性。
孫中山逝世後，國民黨內的左右派力量都有所發展。';年'月召開的國民黨第二次全國代表大會是左派的勝利。會議代表;人，共産黨和國民黨左派占絕對優勢。會議選出的中央執監委員中，共産黨占人，國民黨左派占'人。在隨後建立的國民黨中央秘書處、組織部、宣傳部、農民部中都有共産黨員擔任領導工作。與此同時，國民革命軍中大約已有一千余名共産黨員。一軍、二軍、三軍、四軍、六軍的政治部主任都由共産黨人擔任。這一時期，蘇聯顧問團也加強了自己的地位和影響。當時的國民政府主席、國民革命軍總黨代表汪精衛也表現爲前所未有的左傾。
而此時的國民黨右派卻不能容忍共産黨力量的發展和蘇聯顧問影響的增強，也不能容忍汪精衛的左傾。蔣介石雖然因依靠蘇聯供應軍械而仍然主張聯俄，對共産黨也時而表現出願意合作的姿態，但在內心裏，卻早已滋生出強烈的不滿。
這一切都說明了蔣介石和左派力量爭奪領導權的鬥爭必不可免，即使沒有右派的造謠和挑撥，蔣介石遲早也會制造出另一個事件來。

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.
You can go bankrupt or become a rich man while playing the stock market.
The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
