As a newbie , first thing is, You need to focus on basic things , which are :
1. Increase Strength (Str)
2. Increase your Economy Skills (ES)
3.Increase Your Experience .
4. Buy Set of Equipment.
5. Join Military Unit
First 3 thing are acheived by completing dailly tasks -Train, Work, Fight
So You have to keep your dailly tasks, clear everyday
Lets see this this brieftly :

1. Increase Strength
Trainig dailly gives you strength. Strength will define your capaility of dealing damage in any battles.
Strength are awarded in this way : First day training gives +100, second day +50 , and then +25 and so on .
Training also gives you +4 experience.
After 30 days of work , You also get Super Soldier medal + 5 gold
2. Increase your Economy Skills (ES)
From where we get ES ? We get it from working dailly
Dailly You hvae to work, and yes your salary depends on your ES.
More the ES, More the salary
ES ( economu skill ) are awarded like this : First day : +1, econd day +0.5, third day +0.5, forth day 0.25 and so on..
Working also gives+5 experiecne.
Working 30 consecutive days ( without any break), gives you : Hard Worker Medal + 5 golds.
3.Increase Your Experience (xp)
You Already Know, working and training dailly will gives some xp ( experience), but its only a tea spoon of experience
So where do we get more experience ?
yes , we got it from battle, means dailly fighting in any battle will gives you lot of experiences.
With Experience , Your level too increase ,In short :
Level is directly proportional to Experience
And More Gold coming in your inventory
Gold are awarded from level 7 at every level.
Lets me explain it :
We have battles between 2 countries, and u need to fight there,
In battle , you will see 2 option to fight :
1. Fight and
2 . Berserk
Fight- Is single hit, Its consume 10% health. and gives you : damage and 1 experience.
Berserk - Its multiple hit in single shot/click, actually its 5 hits in one click and consume.reduce 50 % health. And Gives you: Damge and 5 experience.
Lets see about HEALTH :
Every day your health is restored by 50%.
For fighting in battles , you need Health.
Health can be restored by consuming : Food and Gift.
You can only consume 10 Food and 10 gift of any quality per day, and this limits also reset after day change ( at IST 3:30 am everyday).
Q1- gives u 10% health
Q2- 20% health
Q3- 30% health
Q4- 40% health
Q5- 50% health
Know you know Experience is gain a lot from Battle
Note :

In battle , you can fight with weapons
Weapon also have Quality :
Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5.
I will suggest , use only Q1 weapon. Dont use other.
yes with quality damage also increase , but cost of the weapon also increase with quality
So use only q1 weapons.
4. Buy Set of Equipment.
This Equipment is for battle
Its gives yu more damage in battle with good stats of Equipment
Visit your profile and see You find yourslef nake
Plus, on left side : something like this
What to do now, You need to by some good equipment
and make :
Miss chance : 0%
Critical Hit chance: " increse as much as u can ", more % more chance to have critical hits ( means more damage than normal hits )
Chance to avoid DMG : " increase more " , its give 0 health consume when you fight but not increase your damge. I will suggest not to go for this.
Like this
Try to buy any one of equipement with stats :
1. Reduce miss chacnce by 4+ % and Critical chance
2. Reduce Miss chance by 4+% and increase damage
Hold on, First try to reduce your miss chance to ) % with 3 set of equipment
Then try to buy :
1.Critical chance + critical chance
2. critical chance + increase damage
Note:
Increase damage and Increase maximum damage are not equal ,
SO don't get confuse
5. Join Military Unit (MU)
Joining military Units (MU) is important , as it will increase your Damage by some percent according to the level of MU .
For this effect ( MU damage effect ) you have to fight according to Its Battle order (BO).
Damage Associated with MU level/Types :
1. Novice - 5% damage increase
2, Regular - 10% damage increase
3. Veteran - 15 % damage Increase
4, Elite - 20 % damage increase
Apart from this Damage, There is Bonus Location Damage of 20 % .
How Location bonus work ? he re is the answer
We have 3 different battle in E-Sim
1. War - when one country attack other's country region to conquer
2. Resistance War (RW) - Conquered region can be free by real owner/country using through this RW.
3. Civil WAR - Its war between own blood, like we have between communities
Bonus Location :
1.war - all adjacent regions are bonus region , its will give 20% more damage.
2. RW - same place when RW is fighting.
3. Civil war - also same Place where it is figting.
